Reality Television personality Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu had a rough experience at the BAFTA 2025 Television Awards after-party. Cülcüloğlu was forced to leave the party due to a mix-up.
According to a report by Daily Mail, which quoted an unnamed source close to Cülcüloğlu, the Turkish reality TV star was invited by the after-party sponsors, P&O Cruises, to attend the ceremony. However, since she did not have a dinner invite, the security at the event had to ask her to leave. An unnamed source quoted by the Daily Mail reported on the incident,
“She tried to blend in with the crowd, but was eventually spotted without a dinner invitation by BAFTA’s security team and was asked to leave. It was so humiliating.”

According to Mirror, the BAFTA after-party did not go smoothly. Due to a lack of available food, some attendees had to leave and feed themselves. The report added that the guests who decided to leave to get food outside were informed they wouldn't be let in again.
Mirror also stated that Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu was not alone in her endeavour to leave and eat out during the ceremony that reportedly lasted for three hours. Along with Cülcüloğlu, her Love Island co-star Gabby Allen, also attempted to go out and get food.
According to Daily Mail, the after party’s sponsors, P&O Cruises, had invited many social media influencers for the prestigious event that was held on May 11 at the at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The BAFTA Television Awards celebrates and honors the best artists and works in British television each year. This year’s award ceremony was hosted by Scottish actor and producer, Alan Cumming.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu was one of the invitees for the BAFTA Television Awards ceremony. The Turkish reality television star debuted on British television in the reality series Love Island in 2022. The show gained her widespread popularity in Britain, and she eventually became the joint winner of the series along with Davide Sanclimenti.
Following her spectacular performance in Love Island, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu returned to the limelight with the travel docuseries series, Ekin-Su & Davide: Homecomings, which she hosted alongside Davide Sanclimenti. The show revolved around the hosts’ journeys to their respective hometowns.

Apart from her appearance in the Love Island franchise, Cülcüloğlu has appeared in numerous competitive television series and has played the roles of contestant, judge, and expert.
In 2023, Cülcüloğlu also appeared as a contestant on Dancing on Ice. The format of the show, remarkably different from Love Island, revolves around celebrities paired with professional ice skaters, as they compete and perform dance pieces on the ice rink.
The performances are judged by a panel, and the public is also allowed to vote on the contestants’ performances. Cülcüloğlu was partnered with professional ice skater, Brendyn Hatfield. The pair finished at rank 9.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu's television credits also include high-profile reality shows like Celebrity Big Brother, on which she appeared in 2024.
Cülcüloğlu returned to the reality television franchise Love Island in 2025, with Love Island: All Stars. The 2025 edition of the franchise featured contestants from the previous seasons and was shot in South Africa.
The show format is comprised of contestants living in isolation, where they find other contestants to meet and befriend, and go on to compete for the public vote. Notably, Cülcüloğlu finished third in the All Stars edition of Love Island.
