Kelley Wolf appeared in a Utah court on Tuesday, September 2, where she revealed her plan to enter a rehabilitation treatment center. The Real World alum, 48, is facing three misdemeanor charges linked to her ongoing divorce from actor Scott Wolf.
During the arraignment, Kelley told the judge she will begin treatment on September 12. She said the program will last a month and that her brother will take her there. Her announcement came as she continues to face legal battles and personal challenges.
Kelley and Scott, who were married for 21 years, announced their separation in June 2024. Since then, the divorce has become contentious, with disputes involving custody of their three children and social media use.
Charges against Kelley Wolf

According to a report published on PEOPLE on September 2, 2025, Kelley Wolf faces three misdemeanor charges connected to her online activity. These include one count of electronic communications harassment from August 25 and two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information from August 26.
Court records state that all charges are marked as domestic violence-related. Kelley Wolf was arrested on August 26 and taken to Summit County Jail before being released on August 28. The judge ordered that she must not consume alcohol or drugs unless prescribed, and she must participate in medical or psychological treatment.
Prosecutors also asked the court to restrict Kelley Wolf from using social media, but the judge has not ruled on that request.
At the same hearing, Kelley said: "I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12."
Divorce and custody issues

According to a report published on PEOPLE on September 2, 2025, Scott Wolf filed for divorce on June 10, 2024. Days later, Kelley Wolf was detained after a 911 call about her mental health. Since then, the court has issued temporary custody orders. Scott has temporary sole custody of their children, while Kelley has supervised parenting time.
The agreement also requires the children to meet with safe-harbor therapists, so neither parent can interfere in their counseling. Kelley’s ability to regain unsupervised parenting time depends on her compliance with court conditions.
Scott has spoken publicly, saying Kelley made “disturbing” claims. He told PEOPLE that he hopes to protect their children but said he felt forced to speak after Kelley’s actions online. In response, Kelley said her actions were meant to “create more urgency to get the kids back” and clarified:
"I don't believe that Scott would [abuse our children]."
