ABC News recently suspended its renowned correspondent, Terry Moran. The news division of ABC took this significant step after a late-night post on X by the veteran journalist.
In the controversial social media post, Moran, 65, vigorously remarked against U.S. President, Donald Trump, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller.
Entertainment Weekly confirmed that Terry Moran criticized Trump by calling him,
"world-class hater."

The ABC News correspondent ranted on the social media platform, labeling the White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen, as,
"a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred"
Terry Moran suspended for his social media post targeting President Donald Trump
Although Terry expressed his thoughts and slammed Trump and Miller on Saturday, he deleted his post after some time.
Despite deleting it at the earliest, his post made the headlines and sparked heated conversations. Amid everyone's reactions came an important statement by ABC News.
An ABC News spokesperson released a statement to Entertainment Weekly, stating,
"ABC News stands for objectivity and impartiality in its news coverage and does not condone subjective personal attacks on others."

The statement further read,
"The post does not reflect the views of ABC News and violated our standards — as a result, Terry Moran has been suspended pending further evaluation."
Screenshots of Terry's deleted X post have been doing the rounds on the internet. As per those images, the journalist penned in his post,
"The thing about Stephen Miller is not that he is the brains behind Trumpism. Yes, he is one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy. But that's not what's interesting about Miller. It's not brains. It's bile."
The post further stated,
"Miller is a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He's a world-class hater. You can see this just by looking at him because you can see that his hatreds are his spiritual nourishment. He eats his hate."
The meltdown post zeroed in on Donald Trump as Terry also wrote,
"Trump is a world-class hater. But his hatred [is] only a means to an end, and that end is his own glorification. That's his spiritual nourishment."
An ABC spokesperson also spoke with The Hollywood Reporter, as cited by The Financial Express. According to the statement,
"[Moran’s comments do not] reflect the views of ABC News."
His opinions also "violated" the platform's standards. Ultimately, he was suspended "pending further evaluation," the spokesperson stated.
