Drake is cheering Kai Cenat on as he makes his foray into entrepreneurship.

In a video message, the Toronto native cheered the Twitch streamer on for launching Streamer University, which promises to equip aspiring content creators with the knowledge to become successful in the field.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again: You are the future," he says in the clip. "People watch your channels when they're at 300 viewers or 300,000 viewers, and they find relatability. They find joy," he adds. "They find an escape from their own lives. You know, the opportunity is there for you to take the top spot, in popularity, in earning ability. I feel that streaming is the ideal profession for onlookers, for the youth."

Kai Cenat's weekend-long content creation course came to an end this May 25, and its closing ceremony was held at the University of Akron, Hot New Hip Hop has reported. The festivities brought out a surprise appearance from Drake, who showed his support for Kai Cenat.

He started his speech,

“Year one is officially in the books. Congratulations. To be able to organize this incredible academia event and gather you all together in one place is something that has never been done before," Drake said. "It’s an extraordinary feat, and I want you all to show the most love that you possibly can for your Dean, the one and only Kai Cenat."

He went on,

"The next generation doesn't just wanna hang out with you, the next generation wants to be a Duke, or a Tylil, or a Rae, or a DDG. There's a dean's note here that says the next generation does not want to be a RaKai. Regardless, the world is yours, do the most with it."

The event brought together 120 creators, including prolific names such as DDG, ImDontai, Duke Dennis, Agent00, and India Love. Notably, Drake also had some words of encouragement for India Love:

“And India, India… after all these years, all the love that we shared, our friends and our families knowing each other,” he said in his speech. “You’ll always be my dog. I got love for you, I’m proud of you.”

Drake and India Love have long been rumored to be romantically linked, from 2016. However, fans are now confused, as interactions between her and fellow streamer and rapper DDG suggest that she may also be interested in him. Furthermore, fans have also been shipping Love with Duke Dennis.
