The highly anticipated upcoming Becky G documentary, Rebbeca finally has a release date, and it's sooner than you think! The film captures Becky G during one of the most transformative chapters of her life, as she readies for her first-ever headlining tour and pours her soul into her debut Música Mexica album. What unfolds is an intimate chronicle of a young artist still climbing, still learning, still redefining what it means to belong.
The documentary will release on December 10 and 13 in theatres, with tickets going on sale from November 6.
In a statement, the singer said:
“This film isn’t about perfection. It’s about becoming. Rebbeca was filmed in a moment of personal transition, when the questions were still louder than the answers. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s healing.”
The documentary will track her evolution from studio sessions, personal moments, her life and her career as she continues to be one of the industry's biggest names.
Rebbeca is directed by Jennifer Tiexiera and Gabriela Cavanagh. Rebbeca blends heartfelt storytelling with an eye for authenticity. Executive producers Ryan Kroft and Michael Rapino helm the project for Live Nation Studios, with Mark Ford and Pat Lambert of Creature Films/Entertainment One joining as executive producers. Becky G herself takes an active creative role, along with Alejandra Esquivias, Marc Jordan, Mecia Hollar, and Benjamin Tischker. Jessica James Batista, Vaughn Trudeau, and Laura Avila Tacsan serve as co-executive producers.

Rebbeca Marie Gomez, who is better known as Becky G, began her career by uploading song covers of popular songs on YouTube. Her videos caught the attention of producer Dr. Luke, who then signed her up for Kemosabe Records under RCA. That moment started her career of her becoming one of the most loved pop stars of Hollywood.
Her early collaborations with will.i.am, Cody Simpson and Cher Lloyd helped her get into the industry properly. In 2013 she released her first single, Becky from the Block, which was a cheeky homage to Jennifer Lopez's classic. It introduced her as one of the new pop stars as her debut EP followed, Play It Again, which landed her on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.
