Clara is undoubtedly shocked. Discovering that her mother has been suffering through such difficulty all this time deeply impacts her. This leads to a heartfelt moment between the two of them. Slowly, their relationship begins to transform. Morgan finds a new path, with Jonah Sullivan's support helping her through this difficult time. Clara finds solace in the theater, and Morgan finds a new purpose to start afresh.

Regretting You ends on a bittersweet note. Morgan and Clara are finally able to understand each other. They are no longer defined by Chris's death. The new bonds that both of them form with Jonah and Miller help them move forward.
