The film Sentimental Value, which is Affeksjonsverdi in Norwegian, is making waves at the Cannes Film Festival 2025. For the region of North America, Neon had obtained its film rights back in 2024. However, the release date in the United States has not been revealed yet.

The film follows the plot of a sister duo, Nora and Agnes, whose father, Gustav, was a hit filmmaker at one point in time. Nora, who is an actor, has been proposed for a part in Gustav's next film, which he expects to cement his career as his return to the films. However, in the process, the sisters mend their relationship with their father, as they have been alienated from him.
