From spending his childhood until the age of 20 hidden in Rivendell and then many years of being a Ranger of the North, to fighting the War of the One Ring and becoming the high king of Gondor, cannot be done in a normal human lifespan, and hence he was aged more than he looked.

7 Aragorn moments from The Lord of the Rings gave us a hint about his actual age
7) Recasting Aragorn in the LOTR films

Peter Jackson had initially cast Stuart Townsend as Aragorn for the LOTR films. But later, Viggo was recast for the role as Townsend looked younger, and according to the books, Aragorn is supposed to be in his 80s during the events of The Lord of the Rings films.
The studio changing the actor and hiring someone who looked older for the films is one of the hints that Aragorn is just supposed to look a little younger, but actually, he isn’t.
6) His Dúnedain lineage

One of the major hints of Aragorn's age from the LOTR films is his lineage. He is revealed to be from the Dúnedain lineage, the descendants of Númenóreans. This means he might still be a mortal, but due to his lineage, he has a longer lifespan than other mortals. Moreover, he is not the only one from this lineage, as Faramir also was from the Dúnedain lineage.
Their three times longer life span than a normal man was actually a gift of rhythm for their contribution in the fight against Morgoth. To know more about the Númenóreans, you can also check out the Amazon Prime Video LOTR spin-off series, The Rings of Power.
5) His involvement in numerous battles and his knowledge of Middle-earth

Other than Legolas, who was an immortal being as he was an elf, Aragorn also had so much knowledge about Middle-earth in The Lord of the Rings films, due to which he could lead the fellowship in the first LOTR film.
While being Rangers of the North, Aragorn explored numerous parts of Middle-earth, which came in handy when they began their journey to destroy the Ring and defeat Sauron.
4) His relationship with Arwen

Aragorn’s relationship with Arwen was not a new thing in the LOTR films, since both of them grew up in Rivendell and have loved each other for a long time that Arwen is ready to give up her immortality of an Elf further suggests that Aragorn is not as young as he looks.
Since the first film, we can see the comfortable relationship that the two shared, which hints at them being together for a long time.
3) Reveals his age in the extended version of The Two Towers (tells Eowyn)

Not just a hint, but in the extended version of The Two Towers, the second film of The Lord of the Rings franchise, Aragorn reveals to Eowyn that he is about 80 years old, as she tells him that he looks young for his age.
When Aragorn and the others entered Rohan while looking for Merry and Pip, they were both acquainted with each other, making Eowyn fall for the Strider, which he had to reluctantly reject since he was already with Arwen.
2) Legolas goes to look for the ‘Young Strider’ (The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies)

Not only the LOTR films, when the franchise expanded and The Hobbit trilogy premiered, Peter Jackson connected Aragorn’s story to this trilogy as well, since all of the important characters were already there in The Hobbit films.
At the end of the third film, Legolas is tasked to find the Young Strider, which is Aragorn’s name, while he was hiding his royal identity as a Ranger. Since the events of The Hobbit films happened more than half a century before the events of LOTR, this connection also became another hint suggesting Aragorn's actual age.
This development was just added in the movies to connect his story, as in the books, no hint suggests that Legolas went looking for Aragorn after the events of the Battle of the Five Armies.
1) Aragorn’s reign lasted for 122 years

In the last film of The Lord of the Rings, Aragorn marries Arwen and also becomes the High King of Gondor.
