Together is being touted as one of the scariest movies of the year. The body horror film stars real-life husband and wife duo, Dave Franco and Alison Brie, in the lead roles. The two head to the countryside to rebuild their relationship.
However, a sinister force comes into play, which messes with their bodies and their minds. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, where it was well appreciated and currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The trailer for the project was recently revealed, which has further piqued the audience’s interest. Together is all set to hit the theaters on July 30, 2025. If you are excited about the film, here are all the details you should have about it.
The release date of Together
Together is set to be released in cinemas on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The film is being distributed by Neon. It was earlier announced to be released on August 1, 2025; however, the date has been pulled forward by two days.
The film has been rated R, and hence, is not suitable for children. It will be interesting to see if it smashes box office records despite the rating, a feat which was recently achieved by another horror classic, Sinners.

The movie tells the story of Millie and Tim, a couple who move to a countryside home after facing issues in their relationship. However, while they hope to reignite their romance, a supernatural force lurks around that turns their lives upside down. The official synopsis for the movie reads:
“Years into their relationship, Tim and Millie find themselves at a crossroads as they move to the country, abandoning all that is familiar in their lives except each other.”
“With tensions already flaring, a nightmarish encounter with a mysterious, unnatural force threatens to corrupt their lives, their love, and their flesh.”
