Porsha Williams has explained the confrontation on the Delta flight with a woman, which led to a review by the FBI.According to the body camera footage obtained by TMZ, Porsha described that the dispute on the flight started when the woman sitting next to her in first class complained about the volume of the Instagram videos Porsha was playing on her phone without headphones. It happened before the plane took off from Las Vegas.Williams told the police officer the dispute escalated when the other woman called her a derogatory name and started recording her. She also falsely accused Williams of knocking a phone from her hand.However, the witnesses reported that the woman was the aggressor and claimed that Porsha Williams did not make any physical contact with the other woman involved. She said that the woman commented on the volume of her phone, and said:“So you gonna make me listen to that the whole flight?”The Real Housewives star then replied if she wants to listen and told her that there is a polite way to ask which triggered her and led to her calling Williams a derogatory name. She added that the woman struck her during the altercation. She also showed officers photos taken during the flight that appeared to show the woman being restrained by others. She added that the woman dropped her phone, falsely accusing her of physical assault.The woman has a different side of story, she explained the officers that Porsha Williams called her “crazy” when she commented on her loud phone volume. She said:“And the next thing I know there was a fingernail so close to my eye that I thought I was going to be physically attacked. She had her hands in my face, screaming and calling me crazy.”The woman, who claimed to be 70 years old, then said that when she tried to record the alleged assault, she threw off her phone. She said that it was noticed by the passengers and the flight attendant on the plane.Porsha Williams' lawyer, Joe Habachy, told People magazine in a statement that Porsha “was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses.”Habachy requested the federal authorities, such as the FBI and the Atlanta Police Department, to conduct an investigation in order to decide if any federal charges are applicable.Porsha Williams’ lawyer added that she continues to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation and is confident that the passenger will be charged.
