The Irish mixed martial artist, Conor McGregor, and the 212 singer, Azealia Banks, have been caught up in a recent controversy. On June 14, 2025, Azealia took to her X (formerly Twitter) to call out McGregor.

She alleged that McGregor sent her unsolicited n*de pictures. She shared screenshots of her chat with him, alleging that he also threatened her not to speak out. While Conor has not responded to Banks' allegations, he posted on Tuesday, with the words:

'Happy birthday to me!'

For the unversed, his birthday happened to be on July 14th.

On Monday, Azealia took to X to call out McGregor. In her posts on X, she shared screenshots of her chats with him and alleged that he sent her his n*de pictures and also threatened her not to speak about it. In one of her tweets on X, she wrote:

''How you gonna send a b***h some crooked d**k pics then threaten her not to tell. N*gga do you know who the f**k I am? This is HARAM.''

In another post, she wrote:

''Like how are you really going to s*xually harrass me with the potato farmer dic*ethen threaten me not to tell???? Honey…… ain’t u trying to be the president of Ireland what is it giving fam? Use some f*cking sunscreen damn.''

As per reports, McGregor had later deleted the pictures he had sent her.

This is, however, not the first instance in which McGregor is being accused of sexual harassment. In 2019, he was under investigation for r*pe and in 2024 he had to pay €248,603 in damages. He was arrested in France in 2020 over allegations of indecent exposure and sexual assault.

In 2023, a civil lawsuit was filed against him in which a woman accused him of se*ually assaulting her in a Miami arena restroom. As of now, McGregor has not directly responded to the accusations from Banks, but has unfollowed her on social media.

Banks has also not said anything about taking legal action against him. Before the controversy with McGregor, Banks was caught in a beef with pop star Bebe Rexha over comments on Rexha’s appearance at the Met Gala, sparking debates on body shaming and mental health.
