Drake is making headlines with his viral family court appearance, which has been brought to light by the court artist David Louis Wall.

A clip shared by Canada Cop Watch showed the rapper walking past the court artist. The post read:

"Drake spotted at Toronto family court (March 2025) by courtroom artist David Louis Wall — but the courtroom was locked down, and even the courtroom artist wasn’t allowed in."

This has brought attention to the relationship between Drake and Sophie Brussaux. She is his former girlfriend, with whom he shares a child named Adonis Graham, born in October 2017, according to Billboard. When she got pregnant with his child that year, Drake denied that the child was his.

He, however, later confirmed that he is the father through paternity tests and through his 2018 album, Scorpion, as per People magazine. Although they are not in a relationship, they continue to co-parent their kid.

Sophie Brussaux was born Aug. 1, 1989, in Bordeaux, France. She is a former adult film star and a French artist, according to a report in People magazine. Her art “fuses cultural iconography, biblical & sci-fi fixtures with ideas that span the daring emancipation of female sexuality, AI in dystopian possible futures, and lapsed spirituality,” according to her About page.

In 2019, she painted a picture of Pope Francis and presented it to him. Sharing about it in her Instagram post, she wrote:

“Such an honor to meet Pope Francis and gift him the portrait I painted for him in honor of his concert with and for the poor on Nov 9 2019. I used green, the color of hope, with red, the color designated by @undp to fight poverty.”

Brussaux is also a founder of a nonprofit organization for artists, called Arts Help, with 2.5 million members.

Sophie Brussaux and her former boyfriend, Drake, crossed paths when the rapper was on his Boy Meets World tour in 2017. She was first spotted with Drake in January of the same year.

In May, Sophie Brussaux reportedly claimed that she was pregnant with Drake’s child. At that time, TMZ claimed to have obtained text messages shared between them where Drake demanded she go for an abortion. Their chat goes as follows:

Drake: I want you to have an abortion.

Brussaux: I can't kill my baby simply to indulge you sorry.

Drake: Indulge me? F*** you.

Drake: You do know what you're doing you think you're going to get money.

Drake’s representative told the outlet:

"If it's in fact Drake's child, which he does not believe it is, he will do right by the child. She's just another woman in a long line of women claiming he got them pregnant."

Eventually, Drake discovered that the child was his son and provided financial support to Sophie Brussaux before she gave birth to him in October 2017. A paternity test in March 2018 proved that it was his child.
