What did Justin Baldoni tell pregnant Blake Lively during a private visit? Newly unsealed filings detail unexpected personal topic

Justin Baldoni confirmed that he shared some sensitive information about his genitals with Blake Lively. In newly disclosed court documents obtained by People magazine, the It Ends With Us actor revealed in his deposition that he told a then-pregnant Lively that he was circumcised without her directly asking him for the information. However, he stressed that they were already having a private conversation about the topic.

People magazine reported that the actor visited Blake Lively’s home in December 2022 while she was still pregnant with her son, Olin. Justin Baldoni, who is involved in a sexual harassment suit with Lively, revealed that the topic of circumcision allegedly came up during a private conversation, adding that the actress didn't ask him before he provided information about his circumcision.

Michael J. Gottlieb, Blake Lively’s attorney asked Baldoni:

“Did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?”

To which the latter answered: “Yes.”

When Gottlieb pressed if Lively had specifically asked him that question, the forty-one-year-old actor and producer replied: “Directly, no.”

Justin Baldoni also stated who was present when he had that conversation with his co-actress.

“There were people going all around. Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around. I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around,” he recalled.

Justin Baldoni was also questioned about whether he ever shared the information with his other co-workers or only with Lively.

He replied: “I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.”

Justin Baldoni’s revelation comes weeks after the actor’s team provided new footage of a deleted scene allegedly showing Blake improvising an unscripted kiss with Justin. Baldoni’s legal team stated that the scene was entirely controlled by Blake, who added the kiss to the script herself.

“She herself added to the script, in which her character kissed Baldoni's character in every take, although there was no kiss in the script.”

However, Justin Baldoni’s legal team claimed in January that there were no improvised, unscripted kissing scenes during a response to Blake Lively’s sexual assault allegations.

“Lively also complains that there was inappropriate and improvised kissing during the first period of filming, before the strike break. But in fact, the only two kissing scenes filmed during the initial filming period were both scenes that included kisses as written in the script. These kissing scenes were not improvised,” the legal team wrote in January.
