Mandy Moore isn’t staying silent after a frightening experience involving her loved ones.
On Friday, the This Is Us actress took to Instagram Stories to call out a driver who rear-ended her family's car and allegedly fled the scene.
“The woman who rear ended my family and then drove off we pulled over, hope your karma finds you.”

While no additional details about the accident were made public, Mandy Moore confirmed that no one was seriously injured.
“Thankfully everyone was ok but what kind of human does that?”
Mandy Moore’s protective streak when it comes to family is nothing new.
In January, she defended a GoFundMe campaign for her in-laws following the Los Angeles wildfires, after some online critics questioned why she wasn't covering the expenses herself. She didn’t hold back in her response:
“And people questioning whether we’re helping out our own family or attributing some arbitrary amount of money google says someone has is NOT helpful or empathetic. Of course we are.”
The singer-actress continued:
“We just lost most of our life in a fire too. Kindly F OFF. no one is forcing you to do anything.”
Meanwhile, representatives for Mandy Moore have yet to comment further on the latest incident.
Mandy Moore reflects on parenting
Mandy Moore shares three children with husband Taylor Goldsmith: sons August and Oscar, and a 10-month-old daughter, Louise. Recently, she shared a glimpse into her sun-soaked family vacation through Instagram.
“Nothing beats a beach vacation with some of your besties (here’s looking you at you @whatsgabycookin). What an epic few days, @fspuntamita! We can’t wait to come back (Gus hasn’t stopped talking about it)!!”
While the moment captured joy, Mandy Moore has also used recent conversations to open up about the realities and frustrations of parenting, especially as a mother who gave birth at 40.
On Not Gonna Lie, a podcast hosted by Kylie Kelce, the A Walk To Remember star acknowledged the social perceptions she faced after having her third child.
“Yes and no. I mean, I feel like having my third child at 40, this term ‘geriatric pregnancy' that's thrown around. I think at least in my experience, so many of my friends are having kids later in life, whether it's by choice or it's by circumstance or biology."
She continued:
“It's less about how I think the people and the perceptions they may have had, like the people in my life, it was just more about the healthcare system in general. It feels like such an outdated one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to just women in general."
Back in May, as she celebrated Mother’s Day, Moore reflected on her own parenting experience.
“Being a mom is the single greatest gift of my life and while you’re never off the clock worrying or stressing or planning, the quiet, unmistakable joy triumphs over everything else.”
Moore has been vocal about the realities of modern parenting and has been vocal about the care women need to take of their bodies after giving birth.
