Popular comedian and actor Pat Finn, known for his roles in shows like Friends, The Middle, and Seinfeld, has died. The actor was born in Evanston, Illinois, but grew up in Wilmette. According to reports, he graduated from Marquette University and was on the school’s Rugby team.Pat began his acting career after moving to Chicago after graduating from school.Arriving in Chicago, Finn joined The Second City National Touring Company and was featured in several performances with the iO Theatre. In 1995, Finn landed his first regular supporting role in The George Wendt Show. He was a warrior in every sense of the word.”Finn was 60 when he died, and according to TMZ, he was surrounded by his family at the time of death. He was always popular with students, and his improv courses were the original concept for the Diederich Learning Labs, a series of one-credit courses taught by alums that continues to this day.”The statement concluded:“We hold Pat's wife, Donna, and his three children - Ryan, Caitlin and Cassidy - in our prayers today.
