November is a month of celebration for Carly Rae Jepsen. The Call Me Maybe hitmaker just clocked 40 and took to her official Instagram to celebrate the milestone with pictures. Earlier this month, the singer also announced that she was expecting her first child with her husband.

Carly Rae Jepsen shared numerous snaps of herself, along with a couple of sweet pictures of her husband. In the second slide, Carly posted a picture of herself eating a caramel apple from her younger days. The expecting mother also showcased her birthday cake in a couple of photos.

The post, which was shared a few hours ago, has garnered over 15,000 likes and 405 comments. Carly Rae Jepsen captioned the post:

“Forty and fabulous exclamation mark! Milestone bday.”

The forty-year-old star promised to embrace her weirdness.

“If I'm doing my job right, things will just get weirder from here on out. I plan to wear all the wild outfits, keep exploring in music and art and embrace this new chapter head on (or sometimes w a fuzzy hat).”

She continued:

“Here's to more adventures, more incredible friendships, traveling w a baby (help!) and just more love all around. Can't wait for it all,” adding a red heart emoji.”

Carly Rae Jepsen announced her pregnancy on November 3, 2025, via a post on her official Instagram. The singer shared a slide of black-and-white photos showing off her baby bump with her husband, Cole Marsden.

She captioned the post:

“Oh hi baby, she added a red heart emoji.

The I Really Like You singer married Cole M.G.N. in October 2025 at the historic Chelsea Hotel in New York City.

“We knew we wanted a location that meant something to us, and the Chelsea Hotel had become a home away from home every time we were in New York,” Carly said.

She added:

“As artists, its iconic history and lore made it that much more appealing. For planning, we had weekly dates to talk out all the details of the wedding. This way it was only ever fun and not too much at once.”
