You remember the Titans? Right? The football team didn't do well initially, but came back stronger after Coach Boone (Denzel Washington) worked and motivated them hard. Remember the Titans (2000) is something to remember. After all, it is still one of the greatest football films of all time.
Other than Denzel Washington, the film stars Will Patton, Wood Harris, Ryan Hurst, and more. Directed by Boaz Yakin, who has directed and co-wrote the screenplay for the first Now You See Me (2013) film. It holds a Rotten Tomatoes score of 72% by the critics and 93% by the audiences.
It was mainly shot in Georgia, with locations including Silver Skillet, Berry College, and more. We will now see the major ones seen in the film.

Remember the Titans filming locations

Berry College, Rome
The first location featured in the film is Berry College in Rome, Georgia. The school, T.C. Williams High School, which is actually located in Alexandria, Virginia, is actually this university. The film is also set in Alexandria, an independent city in the United States. Other than the Denzel Washington film, it is also featured in movies like Sweet Home Alabama (2002) and Dutch (1991).
Silver Skillet, Atlanta
Then we have Silver Skillet in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a restaurant, and a good one, which you can confirm by typing the name on Google. That currently has over 2.6k reviews and a rating of 4.5 stars. You can see it in the scene where Coach Boone is eating a meal. You can recreate that scene if you want because nothing's really changed there, appearance-wise.
Etowah High School, Woodstock
While the location used for Alexandria's T.C. Williams High School in Remember the Titans was Berry College in Rome, Etowah High School in Woodstock was featured in it too. The opening scene of the 70s, where we can see the players practicing in the field, was shot here.
Covington, Georgia
If you remember Hal's Diner in Remember the Titans, it was created for the film in Downtown Covington. While it is Downtown Covington in reality, in the movie, it was Downtown Alexandria. The building is still there, though you won't find any diner like in the movie. Instead, there is an outfitter store if you like to visit there. Other than the Denzel Washington movie, Weapons (2025), My Cousin Vinny (1992), Flight (2012), and more have been shot there. Flight too had Washington in the lead.
Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Georgia
This is perhaps the most iconic location used in Remember the Titans. This is the beginning and the end of the movie. In the opening scene, which takes place in the 80s, where Coach Boone and the boys are attending the funeral of a football player, it was shot at Decatur Cemetery. The film then flashes back to the 70s until the ending, which is again in the 80s, the same scene that was featured initially. But this time we know whose funeral it was.
