Glen Powell's The Running Man is coming closer to its release, which is November 12, 2025, in the United Kingdom and November 14 in the United States.
The film is directed by Edgar Wright, who has also directed Shaun of the Dead (2004), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), and more.
In addition to Glen Powell, the film also stars Colman Domingo, Josh Brolin, Michael Cera, and more. Director Wright has also co-written the screenplay alongside Michael Bacall. The duo also co-wrote Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
The latest film is a second adaptation of Stephen King's novel of the same name, which was published in 1982. The first adaptation was released in 1987, in which Arnold Schwarzenegger played the protagonist, Ben Richards (played by Powell in the upcoming film).
