According to Page Six, they dined for three hours at the place, laughing and joking before leaving the restaurant for their romantic session. A source told the outlet that the new couple “couldn’t keep their hands off each other” and “seemed very comfortable and relaxed in each other’s company.” Their recent appearance has sparked an interest in Goulding’s former husband.

Caspar Jopling is an art dealer. He met the singer of Love Me Like You Do through a mutual friend in 2016. After getting engaged in 2018, the former couple tied the knot in 2019, according to a report in People Magazine. They parted their ways privately some time before making it public in February 2024. Jopling was a secretary at the Eton College History of Art Society and was then placed as a Vice Captain at Eton College Boat Club, according to his LinkedIn profile. Later, he attended Harvard University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in the history of art and architecture, as well as film studies, in 2014.

Caspar Jopling interned at Christie’s before joining Sotheby’s in New York, where he spent “his time between the Contemporary Arts Department and the office of the CEO,” as per his bio.
