Ex-actress and NXIVM cult member Allison Mack’s husband, Frank Meeink, was called a “renowned former Neo-N*zi” by journalist Natalie Robehmed during her appearance on the November 10 episode of the CBS true crime podcast, Allison After NXIVM, as reported by Page Six.
Frank Meeink, 50, is a former White supremacist and Neo N*zi/ skinhead gang member, who is now an advocate for the Black Lives Matter movement and has spent the last two decades campaigning against racism.
According to Natalie Robehmed, Meeink earlier had “skinhead” inked on his knuckles and a “flaming swastika” on his neck. However, he left the “white supremacist movement” after his prison release in the 1990s.
“He does public speaking and civil rights activism on the side, even testifying in front of a House subcommittee in 2020 on white supremacy in policing. In some ways, Frank is a poster boy for changing your mind,” Robehmed added.
Meeink himself also appeared on the same podcast and shared that he helps “unhoused people” to find shelter as part of a nonprofit.
All you need to know about Allison Mack’s husband
According to Page Six, Allison Mack, 43, first crossed paths with Frank Meeink in February 2024 at a dog park. Back then, he was a waiter at a Thai restaurant but identified himself as a public speaker. In December of that year, the couple got engaged and later tied the knot at an intimate Jewish ceremony in Los Angeles in June 2025.
According to journalist Robehmed, “Like Allison Mack, he’s a convicted felon. He’s also a former addict.”
Frank Meeink was born and raised in a lower-middle-class family in an Irish neighbourhood in South Philadelphia. He had an abusive stepfather and a mother who was an addict. At 13, he was kicked out by his mother and went to live with his father in a predominantly Black neighborhood in Southwest Philadelphia.
Later that summer, he visited his cousin in an Amish neighborhood in Lancaster County, where he was introduced to racism and the Neo N*zi movement.
In a statement to the chairman and members of the committee in the United States House of Representatives, Frank Meeink stated:
“I wanted people to fear me. So, I became a member of the Neo N*zi movement… I joined this movement for survival.”
As a teenager, Meeink attended meetings organized by several white supremacist groups, including the White Student Union of Temple University, Baltimore-based National Socialist Movement, SS Action, and Aryan Youth Front/ Fest.
Frank also spoke about attending a Hitler birthday celebration in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, organized by Christian Posse Comitatus.
At 17, Allison Mack’s husband was arrested and charged with kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon. He spent over 3 years in prison.
Since his release, he has left the Neo N*zi and white supremacist/ skinhead movements, which were solidified after the Oklahoma City Bombing, according to his book, Autobiography of a Recovering Skinhead: The Frank Meeink Story, published in 2010.
Instead, he has spent the last 25 years advocating against racism and has conducted “hate crime trainings” for law enforcement agencies, including the local police, the FBI, and the Homeland Security. He is also a member and lecturer for the Anti-Defamation League.

Frank Meeink himself stated during the podcast:
“From the work that I’ve done with former jihadists, former gangbangers, former neo-N*zis, I mean, I’ve worked in that world for a long time. I think people don’t understand what it’s like when you get stuck in something like that. And it’s the one thing that validates you. It’s hard to get out.”
Meeink also appeared on the talk shows Nightline and The Reich.
Allison Mack has been incarcerated. She was arrested in April 2018 for identity fraud, money laundering, and recruiting women to the NXIVM s*x cult, founded by Keith Raniere.
The Smallville alum later pleaded guilty in 2019 and was charged with racketeering and racketeering conspiracy in June 2021. Allison Mack was sentenced to three years but served only 21 months, until July 2023.
