Isabelle Tate is survived by her mother, Katerina Kazakos Tate, her father, John Daniel Tate, as well as her stepfather, Vishnu Jayamohan. Isabelle Adora Tate was only 23 years old when she passed. Tate's most recent acting stint was in the American procedural drama television series 9-1-1 Nashville. She was a part of the cast, which included big names such as LeAnn Rimes, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Chris O'Donnell, and Jessica Capshaw.

Isabelle's death was announced by her talent agency on Facebook. It revealed that the actress passed away on Sunday (October 19). Her agency also mentioned that Tate recently returned to acting, and this was the role on 9-1-1 Nashville was one of the first gigs that she booked. While the cause of death was not revealed on the Facebook post, it mentioned that she is survived by her parents, stepfather, and her sister, Daniella.

Isabelle Tate passed away recently and was only 23 years old when she died. Here are a few things her family had to say about her in their tribute.

Isabelle's obituary reads:

"Isabelle loved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals - her idea of a fun outing was visiting an animal shelter and doling out lots of love. Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others."

Besides acting, she was also a virtuoso. The obituary continued:

"She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few. What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party. Her sister was her best friend and her mom was her shining beacon of light."

According to the obituary, Isabelle's funeral visitation will be held on October 24, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The funeral will be at Forest Hills Methodist Church, 1250 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN.


While the family and her talent agency did not exactly reveal the manner of Tate's death. The obituary mentioned a link redirected to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, where people can donate in honor of Isabelle. CMT is described as a:

"rare multisystem, multiorgan disease that causes lifelong, progressive symptoms, including muscle weakness and atrophy in the arms and legs, sensory loss, and other complications."
