John Travolta has been at the centre of a controversy that alleges that Riley Keough is the biological mother of his youngest son, Ben.

According to a report in Entertainment Weekly, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, Priscilla Presley's former business partners, made the allegations in a recent lawsuit. They sued Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract and alleged that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, “approached” the Presleys for an egg donation in 2010.

They further claimed that they previously used Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, but did not proceed as the couple “no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them.”

Travolta was married to actress Preston from 1991 until her death in July 2020 at age 57 from breast cancer. She was best known for films like Twins, Jerry Maguire, and The Cat in the Hat.

John Travolta met his late wife, Kelly Preston, after meeting her on the set of The Experts in 1989.

In an interview with US Weekly, Preston recalled their very first interaction and how she was drawn towards his personality. She said:

“I see, no lie, coming across the hall with his two dogs, this really hot guy. Then he stops and says hello. And I was like, ‘Oh s***. Kill me now.’ You know, like, ‘Oh, my God.’”

They got engaged on New Year Eve’s in 1990 and tied the knot twice the following year - a Scientology wedding in Paris on September 5 and a legal one in Florida on September 12.

Travolta shares three children with his wife. The couple welcomed their first child, and son, Jett in 1992. He passed away at the age of 16 in January 2009 while on a family vacation in the Bahamas. John Travolta has described the tragedy as "the worst thing that's ever happened in my life" in his interviews. They confirmed that he was autistic and had a history of seizures.

“I said, 'But you know, Ben … you always love the truth and I'm going to tell you the truth about life. Nobody knows when they're gonna go or when they're going to stay.' Your brother [Jett] left at 16. Too young. Your mother left at 57. That was too young. But who's to say? I could die tomorrow. You could. Anybody can.” So let's look at it like it's part of life. You don't know exactly. You just do your best at trying to live the longest you can.”
