Who is Kat Stickler? John Mayer is reportedly dating the TikToker

American singer, songwriter, and guitarist John Mayer is reportedly dating Kat Stickler, according to an exclusive source’s statement to Us Weekly. Kat Stickler, 30, is a TikTok star, influencer, aspiring comedian, and a mother.

“John sought her out and pursued her. Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John,” the insider told the outlet.

They continued to claim that the relationship is “still very new,” with the pair having gone out just a few times. However, John Mayer, 47, is “actively pursuing her” while inviting her on dates and exchanging regular texts.

Meanwhile, Kat Sticker is seemingly “interested” and seeing where it leads. However, she was unsure whether it would turn into a “serious relationship” and was focusing on “having fun.”

The pair was first captured in public together by DeuxMoi in New York City’s Fly Fish dineout on October 12. Neither Stickler nor Mayer has publicly spoken about the relationship.

Kat has over 12 million TikTok followers. She is also active on Instagram and YouTube. Over the years, she has been interviewed and featured on The Today Show, Barstool Sports, and CBS’s The Greatest @Home Videos, among others.

Recently, Stickler launched a podcast series on HGTV. She also partnered with STUR to launch her debut product, a natural water flavor enhancer, of which she is a part-owner and investor. An English major from the University of Florida, Kat Stickler is also the founding member of Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine Collective.

Over the years, the mother of one has collaborated with various brands, including Olay, Charlotte Tilbury, Walmart, and T-Mobile, among others.

Speaking to The House Magazine in June 2023, Stickler expressed her dream to make it as a comedian one day.

“Most of my comedic material is based on real life or inspired by people or ‘characters’ in my life. I do my best to write down ideas when they come to me, either at 2 a.m. in bed, out with friends, or while doing whatever other miscellaneous activities,” she said at the time.

Stickler added,

“Once I have the idea written down, I run it by friends and family and see what comes off as the funniest, and most of the time we’re all laughing and building off of each other’s jokes.”

She was married to Mike Stickler from May 2019 to March 2021. Their daughter, Mary-Katherine, was born in December 2019.

Kat Stickler dated Bachelorette star Jason Tartick for six months and announced their “amicable” breakup in October 2024. They met when she was a guest on his Trading Secrets podcast. Before that, between December 2021 and August 2022, she dated a man named Cameron Walker.

In a March 2025 Instagram reel, Kat discussed her “body count” and being in two “serious” relationships after her divorce four years back.

Earlier this year, in July, Kat Stickler took to her social media and shared glimpses of her new mystery man. However, it remains unclear whether it was John Mayer.

Mayer has previously dated A-listers, including Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry. During a 2024 appearance on Kelly Rizzo’s Comfort Food podcast, he expressed his wish to get married.
