Who is Nyjah Huston's ex-girlfriend? What we know about Olympic skateboarder's personal life amid rail trick accident

Nyjah Huston has been dating Evan Riley for a few years. While not much is known about Riley, Nyjah has made a few appearances on her Instagram feed. The last post she shared of the skateboarder was in July last year. She posted a few photos of the two of them sitting side-by-side, as she posed for the camera, while Nyjah was doing his own thing with a skateboard next to him.

She simply shared the photos without captioning the post.

Recently, Nyjah was involved in a rail accident, which left him with a fractured skull and fractured eye socket. He took to Instagram to share photos of the accident, as well as photos of himself in the hospital.

He captioned the post:

"A harsh reminder how death defying skating massive rails can be. Fractured skull, fractured eye socket. Taking it one day at a time. I hope yall had a better new years then me. We live to fight another day 🙏🏽"

However, Evan Riley has been active on her Instagram stories. She posted a video on her Instagram story of herself, holding a toddler on her hips, and asking him to say "I love you" and "Feel better, Nyjah," while the child repeats after her.

Nyjah Huston's personal life

Nyjah Huston was born to his father, Adeyemi, and mother, Kelle, in 1994. He grew up in Davis, California, but lived a strict Rastafarian lifestyle. Nyjah grew up being vegan alongside his four siblings: Isha Huston, Ahbi Huston, Kiade Huston, and Jahmai Huston.

Nyjah Huston and his siblings were homeschooled by their mother. As for his skateboarding talent, he got that from his skateboarder father. Adeyemi taught Nyjah how to skate when he was just five years old.

His parents even bought a skatepark, just so their son could focus more on his skateboarding skills. Two years later, his father decided to move the entire family to Puerto Rico, which caused issues with his son's sponsor. However, his parents decided to separate while they were in Puerto Rico. Later, his siblings moved back to California with Kelle.

Huston chose to stay back with his father because Adeyemi was his manager and videographer. After Kelle was given full custody, Nyjah went back to California with his siblings.

Nyjah Huston has revealed that his relationship with his father was strained, even before they were estranged. Adeyemi wanted his son to practice skateboarding every day and was extremely strict with him. After the two were alienated from each other, Nyjah also shared that his father refused to return the footage he had filmed of him skating.

After being estranged from his father, he did not adhere to a strict Rastafarian lifestyle and cut off his dreadlocks.

Nyjah Huston has been keeping his love life away from the public eye, except for a few posts on his girlfriend's Instagram account. Riley took to her Instagram story to she her care and support for him during his recovery.
