Rachel Zoe has strongly criticized ex-husband, Rodger Berman for publicizing his new relationship with Bree Jacoby shortly after their separation.

On the December 11 episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the 54-year-old fashion designer and celebrity stylist spoke about Berman's decision to be photographed with Jacoby four months after they announced their separation in September last year.

She said that she:

“can’t think of anything more f------ indiscreet than being photographed on the sidewalks of Los Angeles with your arm around your girlfriend that no one knows about, and — most importantly — that your children don’t know about.”

Zoe and Berman were married for 26 years until their separation. They have two sons together – Skyler Morrison Berman and Kaius Jagger Berman. Skyler is their firstborn who arrived in March 2011 which makes him 14 years old. He shares a close bond with his younger brother, Kaius, born in 2013. He is currently 11 years old.

During a December 4 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Rachel Zoe revealed that her ex-husband and business executive, Rodger Berman, had been dating the same woman for about a year. She said:

“Rodger has had the same girl for a year. The kids have known probably for 10 months. I think that they wonder why he sometimes does or says things he says, why he acts the way he does, why there's time spent with his girlfriend versus his kids.”

She then continued that the sudden publicity upset them, as they questioned Berman's priorities and time allocation between his girlfriend and them. She described co-parenting with Berman as “tricky” since their split.

Berman has reportedly been in a relationship with Bree Jacoby, a Los Angeles-based stylist. He is known for producing several of Rachel Zoe’s shows, such as Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe and The Rachel Zoe Project.

The former couple met in 1991 as students at George Washington University. After their first meeting, the couple fell in love and dated for 7 years. It was followed by their 1998 marriage at New York's Rainbow Room.

They welcomed Skyler Morrison Berman in March 2011. On his 14th birthday this year, Rachel Zoe shares a heartfelt tribute to her “magical” son. She wrote in her Instagram post:

“My life began when this magical boy came into my arms 14 years ago. I named him Sky the day before he was born and his piercing sky blue eyes looked up at me and changed me forever.”

He shares a close bond with his younger brother, Kaius. On Mother’s Day this year, Zoe wrote in her Instagram post that “reliving life through the eyes of my boys has been the most beautiful experience of my life.”

Rachel Zoe also opened an office nursery to help working mothers balance their careers and motherhood. Calling it the “best business decision” of her life, she wrote in one of her essays on her website:

“In December I made one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made and opened a nursery in our West Hollywood office, right next door to Rachel Zoe Studio.”

She added:

Both Zoe and Berman continue to co-parent their kids after their separation. In their separation announcement, both emphasized dedication to raising their children together while maintaining collaboration on shared businesses.
