Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 48 after his long battle with cancer. His family confirmed the news in a statement on Instagram, released by Blackstock’s management company, Starstruck. It said:

“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family.”

They thanked everyone for their “thoughts and prayers” and requested privacy during this difficult period. Blackstock, who worked as a talent manager at Starstruck, is survived by his four children: Savannah and Seth from his first marriage to Melissa Ashworth, and River Rose and Remington from his marriage to Kelly Clarkson.

Savannah Blackstock’s husband, Quentin Lee, is a real estate agent. He co-owns a real estate company along with his wife, called The Lee Realtors. Together, they help people find their perfect property in Ocala, Florida. He is born and raised in Central Florida, according to their company’s Instagram page.

Savannah Blackstock was born to Brandon Blackstock and his first wife, Melissa Ashworth, in 2002. She has a younger brother, named Seth, who was born in 2006. The couple remained married from 2001 to 2012.

According to a report in People magazine, Savannah shared a close bond with her father, Brandon Blackstock. In December 2018, she shared an Instagram picture with her dad on a ski trip. In February 2019, she wrote that he was her favorite person.

Savannah Blackstock married her husband, Quentin Lee, in September 2023, with whom she shares a son named Lake. He was born in January 2022, according to a report in People magazine. They first went official with their relationship in November 2019.

Her husband Quentin Lee, who is now 24 years old, has a huge knowledge of Florida Real Estate. He is skilled in negotiating with clients, buyers, and sellers. Not much is known about him as his Instagram account remains private.
