Zootopia 2 has a variety of characters who instantly pull our attention toward them. Mayor Winddancer, a charismatic stallion, is one of them. In the story, he was previously an actor who later becomes the mayor of the city. Though his title doesn't mean anything, as he is just a puppet whose strings are being held by the Lynxley family

However, he isn't a corrupt one. He is just afraid of the Lynxley family, who are considered the founders of the city, a fact that turns out to be wrong by the end of the film. Winddancer is the one who spots Gary De'Snake at the Zootenial Gala and freaks out, spreading the panic further.

Throughout his career, Patrick Warburton has appeared in live-action as well as voice roles.

He was the title character in the live-action TV adaptation of a comic book, The Tick, which ran for 9 episodes from 2001 to 2002. The show was the first attempt to bring this comic book character to life. A rather successful attempt, as the show currently sits with an 88% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Warburton also portrayed Jennifer's bodyguard, named Steven Stone, one of the victims of Ghostface, in Scream 3. The actor also played Agent T in the 2002 sci-fi comedy film, Men in Black II, alongside Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith, who were in the leads as MIB agents.

If we look into the TV shows the actor appears in, he notably appears as Steve Barkin in Kim Possible (2002-2007), Brock Samson in The Venture Bros. (2003-2018), and Sheriff Bronson Stone in Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (2010-2013), and more.

Mayor Winddancer doesn't have a significant role in the movie, but every time he is on the screen, he is more of a figure controlled by the Lynxleys. This has been happening for too long, and when he is pushed too far, he finally takes a stand for himself.

He, alongside a conspiracy host Nibbles (Fortune Feimster), stops the Lynxley family from destroying the original weather walls patent that Agnes, the great-grandmother of the pit viper Gary De'Snake (Ke Huy Quan), created and Lynxleys took over deceptively.
