Thora Birch and her husband, Michael Benton Adler, recently made news headlines after videos of her prolonged exchange of words with an aggressive fan circulated on social media. According to reports, the American actress and her significant other were enjoying their afternoon in Los Angeles when they were stopped by a fan who wanted an autograph.

The incident, which was caught on video, showed the couple arguing with the relentless autograph seeker outside the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills, where the BAFTA Tea Party took place. The incident became worse after Michael Benton Adler grabbed photos of Birch, which the professional autograph seeker planned to get autographed, and tore them up. He claimed the fan had been a bother to Thora all weekend. The actress joined the altercation after the fan allegedly insulted her husband.

“Did you just call him trash?! Are you out of your mind? Did you just call him trash?” the actress could be seen yelling.

At the end of the video, the autograph seeker could be seen trailing the couple while demanding for $30 as Adler and Birch walked away unscathed.
