General Hospital Daily Recap YAPP, June 2: Lucky pulled the Sam card and...ewwww

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

Welp, Lucky finally did the right thing and told Elizabeth who caused her near-fatal car accident — and that he has been covering up for that nutjob known as Kristina. Then, he managed to convince her not to turn Kristina in using the most disgusting means, namely, Sam's memory. Why would anyone want to put one of Alexis' two remaining daughters behind bars? How horrible! Well, maybe because she just tried to kill people by cutting car brakes. That seems like a good reason to put someone in jail. Lucky also pointed out that he was an accessory and might also end up in jail, but perhaps an accessory to attempted murder should be punished. Call us crazy here. Or just call Kristina crazy. Maybe Elizabeth is even crazy for agreeing to this. Is her desire to be with Lucky after he just lied to her for months so strong that she will become another character to coddle Kristina? How could she really want him after all he has done to her through the years? It feels like GH is pushing this retro pairing on us whether we like it or not. Lucky forfeited his right to a reunion the moment he chose to cover for Kristina, but since Elizabeth found a box that looks like it contains an engagement ring, it looks like we are getting another round of Lucky and Liz, whether we like it or not. Sigh.
