Either Carly Spencer has grown and matured a lot over the last two years or she really has absolutely no clue when she's talking about her own self. While she was right to lecture Lulu about staying out of situations that are none of her business, it was a little rich coming from Carly, someone who can never stay out of things that are not her business. Carly is the queen of being in everyone else's business, whether she means to be or not. It's become a running joke with some fans that Carly just somehow appears in almost every single storyline at some point. Blink and there's Carly. The points she made with Lulu were absolutely correct, but to hear Carly tell Lulu not to play God with people's lives and make decisions about what they should and should not know is rich. Carly has been doing that exact same thing for years. Look what she just did to Nina over the last five years. She decided Nina didn't need to know Nelle was her daughter, which led to the entire Nixon Falls debacle and the end of Carly's marriage to Sonny. Did Carly learn from that? Nope. Instead, she did almost the exact same thing when she decided Nina didn't need to know Willow was her daughter either. Yet, here she is telling Lulu that she doesn't get to decide that Dante needs to know he had a son. Did Carly hear herself at all? Because we sure did. All we could do was shake our heads, roll our eyes, and sigh.
