Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on General Hospital

Kai Taylor proved he is as gullible as ever when he listened to Drew drone on about all he has lost, especially the people he has lost — namely Oscar and Sam. In a bid to paint himself as the victim, General Hospital's resident creepy congressman told Kai that was why he had to leave Port Charles and head to DC immediately with Scout. He couldn't lose her, either. Okay, so hold up now. Drew just invoked the name of his dead son and his dead ex-wife as if he cares at all about their memories? Sorry, but that certainly doesn't fly in 2025. Earlier this year, Drew tried to callously bulldoze the Quartermaine crypt in some petty revenge plot against Tracy. The crypt, where his grandparents and father are laid to rest, as well as his son, Oscar. Drew had no respect for Oscar's remains then, so why are we to believe he cares about him at all now? And Sam? Just YESTERDAY, Drew told Alexis that Sam's wishes didn't count and that she was irrelevant because she wasn't around. Yes, Drew, she is not around because she is dead, and you slept with your nephew's wife on the playroom floor the night she passed. Now, you are making sure her daughter can't be with her brother out of your own greed and selfishness. How did Drew have the nerve to sit there with Kai and say the things he did when he knew full well he had done nothing but disrespect Oscar and Sam all year?
