General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, January 12: Three cheers as Olivia's ready to finish off what Willow started

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

Expect the unexpected on General Hospital. Cause we certainly didn't expect Olivia to emerge on the famous Quartermaine staircase with a shotgun ready to finish what Willow started back in September. Armed (pun intended) with the knowledge that Drew watched Ned have a heart attack and left him on the ground to die, Olivia was ready to take care of things the old-fashioned way. Drew was just being Drew when he hobbled into the house with sidekick Marty to tell Tracy that he is in charge and she's not getting her heirlooms back. But he had no idea what he was hobbling into, as Ned had just revealed what really happened when he had a "widow maker" heart attack outside Bobbie's. Learning who nearly made her a widow brought the Brooklyn out in full force, as Brook Lynn looked on. And for the audience, this was oh-so satisfying, as we have been muttering for months that whoever shot Drew didn't do a very good job. Now, we know it's Willow and need her to return to the Q mansion for the shotgun that Tracy just gifted her daughter-in-law. We've been saying for months that someone needs to shoot Drew again, so we elect Olivia. Or anyone really. If she doesn't do it, at least we got the satisfaction of watching her point that (unloaded) gun right in Drew's face.
