General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, July 18: Hey Willow, Scout is a child...who's under your roof

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on General Hospital

This girl can't be serious is something we find ourselves saying about Willow every day (usually multiple times), but we were shouting it when she uttered the words, "Michael has three children living under his roof and I have NONE? NONE?" Okay, Willow, learn to count. You can make it to one, right? You actually do have a child living under your roof. Her name is Emily Scout Cain, and she really needs a stable home with sane and decent parents right now, or at least someone sane and decent taking care of her. Perhaps since Willow has forgotten she exists, someone could just give her back to her brothers, uncle, aunts, and great-grandma at the Quartermaine mansion. Or Grandma Alexis could take her in so she and Molly don't have to be so lonely anymore. Scout's father also seems to have forgotten all about her, too. He never mentions her, took off to DC without her for a vote on a big, beautiful bill, and even left her at the Nurses' Ball so he could chase Willow. We assume this poor, forgotten child still resides somewhere in Drew's Dawn of Day house, so she must be in the attic somewhere. Out of sight, out of mind? Or out of her mind, as the case may be. That is one thing that Liesl noticed. Her niece has lost her mind, along with her ability to count.
