Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on General Hospital

Willow Tait, a medical professional, just said it was perfectly fine with her that her boyfriend wanted to falsify her ex-husband's medical records to make him look like an opioid addict. In fact, she said it more than once. Yes, we know Portia falsified lab results to make it look like an actual serial killer didn't have cobalt poisoning, but she knew it was wrong and even felt bad about it. Willow? She's cheering it on. Technically, Portia and Willow should both be fired, but Portia is willing to lose her job and medical license to not compromise herself anymore than she already has. Plus, nobody at the hospital knows what Portia did (yet), so her job is safe (for now). Portia knows what Willow is okay with and sanctioning, and that should be an ethics violation that gets any nurse fired from her job. Was Portia so stunned by Willow's complete change in personality that she forgot this deranged girl was about to walk out of her office and tend to patients in the hospital she runs? Willow is also perfectly fine with Drew blackmailing Portia, which also proves just how unwell Nina's loose cannon of a daughter is. Of course, Willow did not fear losing her job at all because she sees absolutely nothing wrong with her behavior. At this point, even Drew can see that he's created a monster, and her name is Willow.
