Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on General Hospital
Welp, there you have it. All of Nina's fears have come true as Willow takes absolutely no blame for the hot mess she has made of her life. That means GH writing has reverted to form because Nina had been everyone's punching bag for years. If something goes wrong, just blame Nina. And that is exactly what Willow did when she learned that Nina and Drew had slept together. She blamed her mother for the loss of her children and marriage. Somehow, Willow can't make the connection that she chose to sleep with her husband's uncle. She chose to take Wiley out of state without Michael's permission. She chose to move in with Drew when even her lawyer warned her not to. She chose to believe Drew over her own young son. Whether Nina and Drew slept together or not, Willow made her own (very poor) choices that she should never have made. Even if Drew was a paragon of virtue, as Willow had believed, cheating on your spouse is an egregious betrayal of love and trust. It didn't matter that Willow didn't have the full picture. All of her own choices led to her own downfall, as well as all her losses since the moment she undressed in front of Drew in his daughter's playroom the night Scout's mother died. But of course, Willow will never, ever take responsibility for her own actions.
