General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, June 17: What's the big deal that Nina slept with Drew?

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

We have never understood why it's such a big deal to Nina if Willow learns that she was sleeping with Drew. When Drew and Nina carried on their little office affair last year, they were two consenting adults, and she had no idea that he was pursuing Willow on the side. Yes, for a brief few weeks, the sex was transactional because Drew had promised Nina that he would help her heal her relationship with Willow. However, that's not how their affair started, and Drew didn't do much to help anyway. Nina slept with Drew one last time after she learned about Drew and Willow's first kiss, but Willow had already told Drew never again, so it's not like Nina had sex with Drew while he and Willow were already an official pair. While Willow might have a reason to be angry at Drew for never telling her that he was having sex with her mother while also pursuing her, Nina had nothing to do with that and was allowed to sleep with whomever she wanted — even if she chose the wrong guy. Now that so many months have passed, Willow might want to know why her mother wasn't honest with her from the start, but there was no reason for Nina to hide the secret in the first place. Sleeping with Drew is the least of the things Nina has done for Willow to take umbrage at, so let this secret come out already so we can finally get this over with.
