General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, June 6: All's well that ends well for Sasha and Nina?

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on General Hospital

After two weeks of fallout from secrets and reveals, there was absolutely no fallout from the fact that Nina threw her other daughter under the big ol' bus, resulting in Sasha going into premature labor and giving birth on the courtroom floor. Not only did it not become another secret for Nina to hide, but Nina just flat out confessed to her sins. We guess we are glad Nina easily redeemed herself in our eyes by doing the right thing, proving her love for Sasha after all. But where was all the soapy secret keeping and a damaged relationship with Sasha? That's what we want on soaps — a big ol' mess to keep things interesting. Instead, Sasha just shrugged it off. Sure, she wasn't happy about what Nina did, but she didn't want to concern herself with it. Instead, she was more concerned about Willow never getting away from Drew, which everyone knows would be for her own good. So, now that dopey Willow delivered Sasha's baby, Sasha cares about what happens to her former BFF, a woman who screwed up her entire life all on her own. The only good thing we see coming from this lack of fallout for Nina's betrayal is Nina and Sasha possibly teaming up to split Drew and Willow. Nothing has worked yet, but maybe the mother and her other daughter can finally come up with a solution for Port Charles' Drew problem.
