General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, November 26: Let's remember what Willow is forgiving Nina for

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

Stop the Port Charles presses! Willow forgave Nina for the egregious sin of having sex with a man who was not yet involved with Willow when Nina had sex with him. In other words, two consenting adults had sex before she was ever in the picture, and Willow has not spoken to her mother for months because Nina never told her about it. Yes, Nina and Drew had sex before Willow ever fell for him, kissed him, or had adulterous sex with him, but Nina was afraid to tell Willow. And that's because Nina knows how self-righteous and unforgiving her daughter can be. It took longer for Willow to make amends with her mother than with the man with whom Nina had sex. It didn't matter to Nina that Drew also emotionally abused her son and tricked her into thinking that Michael didn't want to see her after she flew all the way to Germany. Willow was ready to marry him again before she would even give her own mother the time of day. And she did so begrudgingly, which only served to make Willow seem more like a Little Miss Priss than usual. Maybe the woman who cheated on her husband, stalked a baby, and is going on trial for murder should be a little more forgiving and a little less judgmental. Is that too much to ask of Willow?
