Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

When Molly arrived at Alexis' front door at the end of Wednesday's episode, you could see the sun shining and the colorful fall leaves in the background. Characters were even having lunch at the Metro Court. Yet, when the show picked up on Thursday, with Cody opening the door to find Molly there, it was dark, and characters were having dinner at the Metro Court. So, time suddenly lurched forward in the blink of an eye, just in time to end one of the best stories we've seen this year. Ric is no longer locked in Alexis' basement, chained to a gurney with a ball gag in his mouth, and we couldn't be sadder. But at least we had the laughs. Who didn't think of Kristina in the Dawn of Day attic (now Drew's attic) being fed ceremonial tea for her cult initiation when Ric announced he had joined a cult and drank the tea? We really needed a close-up of her face when Ric got to that part of his tale, but alas, Molly believed every word Ric said. And the three harpies got to sit down, take a breath, and regroup for the fallout. They know it's coming, but at least we all had a few laughs, even if nobody knows what time of day it is. Speaking of time, wasn't that money supposed to transfer at midnight, yet it was dinner time everywhere else.
