General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, October 27: Outsiders aren't allowed in Monica's house? Say what, Drew?

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

We had to do a double-take when Drew told Marty that outsiders are never allowed in the Quartermaine circle and their palatial home. Say what now? Has Drew not been paying attention? The number of "outsiders" who have lived in that house over the last few years alone — with some still living there — is astronomical. In fact, Soap Central did two stories about Monica's Full House and Monica's Fuller House over the last two years. Since we don't want to go back decades, we'll throw it back to 2021 when Monica asked Harrison Chase to live in her house as he recovered from a poisoning episode that left him paralyzed. He had no relation to any Quartermaine whatsoever, but he did eventually marry Brook Lynn. Just weeks after the wedding, Chase and Brook Lynn moved back into Monica's house and brought little Violet Finn with them for a few months. Dante and Rocco currently live there, when their only Q tie is Dante's mother, Olivia, who is married to Ned Quartermaine. Sasha Corbin lived there as the cook, but was accepted into the family. Even Valentin lived in Monica's house for months and brought Charlotte with him. He just...moved in and made himself at home because he thought Brook Lynn was carrying his child. Nobody seemed to care. Whenever Lois is in town (and not estranged from anyone), she just moves on into the Q mansion without ever asking. Heck, she stayed there for almost two years during her last stint. Monica's house is General Hospital's house and Drew Cain is just jealous.
