Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on General Hospital

So, Sonny met Ronnie and now they are great friends, but Sonny left out one pertinent detail when vaguely telling Ronnie that he and Monica were not exactly close. Sonny killed Monica's only biological son in cold blood and didn't even pay for his crime (except for a few brief months in prison before his pardon came). That should have been something Monica's sister might want to know. She told Sonny that she is determined to get to know other members of Monica's family after her tense run-in with Tracy, especially her nephew, the one whose biological father Sonny killed. Sonny made his tense relationship with the Quartermaine family sound like a class problem, with snobbish Tracy looking down at him. No, it was much worse than that, as Sonny tortured AJ for years before finally taking his life. Remember when Sonny hung Monica's son from a meat hook? With General Hospital wise enough to keep Sonny away from Monica's funeral, maybe having him up a friendship with Monica's sister isn't the best move. Unless, of course, she is not Monica's sister at all. There is definitely something fishy about this entire scenario, but adding Sonny to the mix doesn't make the scenario any less odd. Along those notes, Carly announcing that she was welcome to walk in and out of Monica's house as she pleases also doesn't sound right, but that's a whole other story altogether.
