Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on General Hospital
We can't believe that Nina once again ratted out a friend to save her dimwit daughter from her own stupidity. First, it was poor pregnant Sasha during the custody trial. And now, it's poor pregnant Portia as Willow gets ready to go on trial for attempted murder. Granted, Nina doesn't know that Portia is pregnant, but we still can't believe she is trying to point suspicion at Portia to cause reasonable doubt during Willow's trial. In fact, our jaws fell to the floor when she told Sonny that she couldn't bring this information to Alexis or the authorities on her own because she was Portia's friend. Oh really? Do friends throw each other under the bus like this? We don't think so. Ava is also Nina's friend, as well as Portia's friend, and Ava does know that Portia is pregnant. She won't be too happy with Nina if she learns what she did. This could also force Portia to admit she was with Isaiah that night, and he could be her baby daddy. Nina put Sasha in a similar position last May, and it sent her into labor right on the witness stand. And Nina is doing this for a selfish, ungrateful daughter who won't even say thank you to her mother. Nina, this girl is just not worth losing friendships over. Cut your losses and run when it comes to Willow.
