General Hospital Daily YAPP Recap, September 12: Anna is very right, but also kinda wrong

Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

First, we'll start with Anna's truth bomb on today's General Hospital. She and Jason were both once young and directionless. Then, someone dangled a carrot in front of them that gave them a purpose in life, and they jumped, just as Josslyn did when Jack offered her a WSB life. Jason took offense to this because, in his mind, Sonny has never been anything but good to him. However, Anna had a point. Sonny absolutely took a young and vulnerable man and groomed him to be the man he is today. Anna refused to back down when Jason tried to argue with her, admitting she allowed the WSB to do the same to her, and she regrets it. We'd love to see Jason regret the day Sonny handed him a wad of cash and put a gun in his hand, and maybe it will come sooner rather than later, considering he is going to lose his mother this fall. But Anna was also dead wrong about something, and we think we have to blame the dialogue writers or continuity team for this. Anna did not learn that Josslyn was a WSB agent months ago. She learned it weeks ago, the day before she sent Jason to Croatia to find Britt. In Port Charles time, that is probably only last week. We are not sure why Anna would say such a thing, but at least GH fans are paying attention even if the writers are not.
