Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on General Hospital

That's Nathan West, you say? No. Who's zoomin' who, General Hospital? First, why bring back the real Nathan months before Kirsten Storms is even set to return as Maxie? Second, this has all been a little quick. Revealing that this was Nathan on day one was our first clue that this isn't Nathan. Sure, he has Nathan's fingerprints and DNA, but there is clearly something else afoot here. The whole thing just seems off, and we can tell Anna doesn't believe it at all, no matter what the evidence tells her. Anna has been around Faison enough in her life to know that something else is going on, but what? Nina is desperate to believe this is her brother, and Liesl will immediately believe this is her superior child. The fact that he didn't purposely fake his own death will definitely be a plus for Mutter. But we have a feeling that Faison's brain-in-a-jar will come into play somewhere. Faison and Nathan both allegedly died around the same time, and we never even got confirmation that it was really Faison's brain that Kevin kept as a practical paperweight on his desk. What if it were Nathan's brain? Or anybody's, for that matter? The whole story just seems a little too convenient and not at all coincidental that Nathan allegedly returns a week after Britt appears in the hospital. Anna is determined to get to the bottom of things as her worst nightmare could be coming true.
