At the Q mansion, Drew told Chase to arrest Danny for kidnapping Scout. When Danny said he didn’t do anything wrong, Drew said he abducted a congressman’s daughter. Jason told Danny to wait in the living room, then told Drew he would not be arresting his son. Drew said Chase was and would also arrest Jason for obstructing justice if he tried to stop him.

Alexis pointed out how ridiculous his thinking was and told him to “cut the crap and stop the nonsense”. Undeterred, Drew again told Chase to arrest Danny. Chase said there were no grounds for an arrest since it was Scout’s idea to go to the Quartermaines' and she left camp of her own volition. He said his job was to protect the people of Port Charles, not carry out Drew’s personal vendetta, and went to the living room to talk with Danny.

Jason warned Drew, “You want to come at me, that’s fine. Don’t ever try to do it through my son again,” and left to join Danny and Chase in the living room. Chase mildly scolded Danny, letting him know how badly it could have gone and to never take Scout without permission again. Jason thanked Chase for how he handled everything, and Chase left.

Danny said his little sister was sad and alone. Jason talked to Danny about always looking at all of his options before he acted. He also wanted Danny to understand how careful he needed to be because Drew hated him (Jason) and would do anything to hurt him, including using Danny.

Back in the foyer, Drew asked Alexis to try to see it from his perspective. She told him no one was saying he didn’t have a right to be upset, but he was taking things WAY too far. Drew insisted that he was just trying to protect his daughter from Jason, who he felt taught Danny the rules didn’t apply to him and, therefore, made him a danger to Scout.

Drew doubled down and claimed Danny was out of control and a danger for Scout to be around. He tried to use Sam’s past concern about Jason being around Danny. Alexis clapped back, “Since you’re invoking my daughter’s name into this”, Sam wouldn’t want her daughter to be isolated from her brother’s, and denied access to a house she considered her home, nor would she want her daughter taken to D.C. away from the only family she knew.

When she said Sam would want him to stop being selfish and put Scout’s needs above his own, Drew said it didn’t matter what Sam would or would not want because she was not there, and he was Scout’s only living parent. Alexis tried to calm the situation down, but Drew said it was too late, claiming he tried his best to keep Scout in her life, but she made it impossible. He said, “From now on, Scout will have no more contact with you, with Danny, or with anyone from your family,” and left.

At the hospital, Marco arrived looking for Lucas and walked up to the breakroom right before Willow slapped Lucas. He rushed in to see if Lucas was okay, and Willow rushed out. Lucas explained the situation to Marco and said he was frustrated with Willow, so he let her know it. Marco said he was a witness to the slap if Lucas wanted to go to HR.

Lucas said he didn’t want to go to HR because things were already bad enough for Willow, and he didn’t want to pile more on. He felt he should have stayed out of it and just let Willow have her “hit of Drew.” Marco told Lucas about speaking with Carly, but didn’t share any details before he left.

Willow ran into a stairwell, where she was panicking, when Elizabeth came in. She told Elizabeth she just made a mistake, which could cost her the kids. Willow shared that, when Lucas accused her of not caring about her kids and putting Drew over them, she lost it and slapped him. Elizabeth asked questions to clarify what happened and let Willow know that assaulting a staff member is grounds for a suspension and possible termination.

Willow thought it would help if she apologized to Lucas, but Elizabeth told her she should pack up her things and go home for the day. Elizabeth said she would do her best to smooth things over, but Willow was in no state to be seeing patients.

Elizabeth went to see Lucas and asked if he wanted to fill out an incident report. He admitted to saying some things he probably shouldn’t have, and wanted to leave the whole thing alone. Elizabeth tried to explain that Willow understood what she did was wrong, and the two debated a bit about their differing opinions of Willow. He surprised Elizabeth when he said Willow shouldn’t be near Michael’s children until she made a big change in her behavior, and, if Michael didn’t already have sole custody, he would report her to HR in a heartbeat.

Maxie (Nicole Paggi) arrived at the Metro Court pool with James, who was meeting Cody for a swim date. She left James with Cody and walked over to one of the bar tables to talk with Sidwell. Sidwell said it was very wise of Deception to keep quiet about Sonny’s illegal partial investment, but Maxie disagreed.

On the other end of the pool, Rocco told Gio that Outback was going to live at his mom’s house when Brook Lynn walked in. She and Gio had an awkward moment, but she told him she was just there to see Maxi. She walked over to interrupt Maxi’s conversation with Sidwell to get a couple of signatures.

Brook Lynn said she was rattled from running into Gio, and it was not going well. She went on to acknowledge that Maxi wasn’t happy about her voting to stay quiet about Sonny. Maxie said it was a bad decision, which was made worse because the decision was made for personal reasons and not for what was best for the company. She wanted to know if there was anything she could say to change Brook Lynn’s mind.

Brook Lynn explained why she thought it was the best decision. Maxie said that Brook Lynn, as a Quartermaine, could afford to make that gamble, but she couldn’t. Deception wasn’t just a job or a project with her grandmother; it was her company and the way she supported her family.

Gio went back to talking with Rocco, who felt his mom taking Outback was a peace offering because of how tense things had been since he started asking questions about Britt. When Rocco asked Gio about his mom, Gio said he also didn’t like how he hurt Rocco by digging up the information about Britt. Rocco surprised Gio by saying Brook Lynn did him a favor, and he didn’t want Gio to think she was a bad person because of it. Gio said they still had many issues.

James’ water football accidentally landed by Sidwell. When James and Cody went to get it, Sidwell took a moment to speak with them. He took special notice of the fact that James was Maxi’s son and the Chief of Detectives' grandson, and Cody was Mac’s son as well. James talked about how good his grandfather was at his job and how his mom asked his grandfather for advice on a big issue the night before.

Marco arrived. After they were introduced, Cody and James left. Sidwell told Marco that James had remarkably useful information. Marco told his father he needed to go ahead with his plan to frame Sonny for bribing Judge Heran before it was too late. He said it appeared as if Willow was unraveling quickly and, if she continued, no court would see her as a viable parent, which would mean Michael would keep the kids no matter what, and he would lose his leverage over Sonny.

At the Metro Court restaurant, Liesl threatened to tell Rocco that Lulu orchestrated having her booted from the hotel, but Carly said it wouldn’t just hurt Lulu — it would hurt Rocco as well. Liesl used Britt's death from saving Josslyn against Carly to make her feel bad, and went on to say that Lulu was going to alienate Rocco if she tried to keep him from seeing her.

As they were talking, Brennan and Anna walked in separately but at the same time. Anna asked if he’d heard from Josslyn. When he said it wasn’t any of her business, she threatened to tell Carly about Joss. He said he hadn’t heard from them but would know if something was wrong, but Anna wasn’t sure about that.

Carly tried to get Liesl to understand why Lulu would fear that she was trying to twist the situation and use Rocco’s interest in Britt to her advantage. Liesl was claiming she had no ulterior motives and had cleaned up her act when she spotted Anna. She said Anna could vouch for her and yelled for her to come over because she needed her help.

When Anna walked over, Liesl asked her to convince Carly that she was not a danger to anyone. Anna felt she wasn’t really the right person to ask, but Liesl said their past was the past. She said she merely wanted to “bond with the boy I consider a grandson.” Anna suggested she honor Britt by making peace with Rocco’s parents because, otherwise, it would make things harder for Rocco, which she felt Britt wouldn’t want.

Liesl mischaracterized the “conversation” she had with Dante and Lulu the day before, but eventually backed down. She agreed to leave, but told Carly she would be expecting to put up in the penthouse at her new hotel (The Cosmo). Carly walked off. Liesl and Anna talked for a few minutes, where Liesl tried to pry into Anna’s interaction with Brennan.

Brennan sat at a table to wait when Agent Colette Moreau walked in. She’d just gotten back from her assignment in Peru and found out he sent Vaughn and Josslyn to Croatia. She felt strongly that Josslyn was not ready for an assignment on foreign soil and said he needed to extract her immediately.

He reminded Moreau that it was OP and she was not in a position to give him orders. She agreed, but went on to emphasize Joss’ lack of experience and extensive training. Carly walked up right after he told Moreau that he was not going to pull the plug on the OP.

At the Five Poppies Resort, Josslyn was stunned to see Britt alive. As she stayed to the side to watch Britt and Vaughn flirting, Pascal walked up and asked if she was alright because it looked like she’d seen a ghost. Still shocked, Josslyn covered by saying the woman with her husband was being handsy, but she didn’t want to make a scene.

Britt invited Vaughn to her room for a beverage and told him he could invite his wife as well, saying, “the more the merrier”. Pascal walked up to interrupt and tell Britt she had a massage scheduled. After Vaughn walked off, Pascal reminded Britt of “his” rules and the consequences of breaking them.

Pascal reminded Britt that she was not supposed to fraternize with the guests and, if she needed company, he could send Tomas to her room. Britt said she was bored with Tomas, who was cute but not fun. Pascal told her she still needed to keep a low profile so no one would know she was there. Britt responded, “Hello, I’m not Taylor Swift. We’re in Croatia. Who’s going to recognize me here?”

Unamused, Pascal told her that people take pictures and post them on social media, and if she were ever in the background of those pictures, someone she knew could spot her, which would jeopardize the entire project. Britt was exasperated and longed for real interaction with a normal human being. He said it was too risky and commanded her not to go around Vaughn again.

Britt and Pascal continued to argue. Britt told Pascal that he wasn’t the one fully in charge, but Pascal said he’d been given full authority over her. She said she was going to go to the lab and demand a few changes, starting with him. Later, Pascal got a call from Colette. Sounding like a double agent, Agent Moreau warned Pascal that the WSB sent agents posing as newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Nash, to the resort.

Vaughn was already in the room when Joss came back. Vaughn explained he was trying to make a connection with the woman he was talking to since she was a long-term resident. Joss surprised him by saying she knew who the woman was, and she was supposed to be dead. She knew if Britt saw her, their cover would be blown and the assignment would be compromised.

After talking it through, Vaughn was convinced Britt was involved with Dalton’s cold fusion project, and she would be the key to getting the answers they needed.
