On the Monday, December 8, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Marco kept secrets from Lucas, the police searched for Valentin, as Lulu protected her family, and Carly secretly harbored the escaped convict.
What happened on General Hospital

Dante asked Nathan for an update on an escaped prisoner. At some point during an international flight, the person escaped, and it was someone from Dante's past. He knew Valentin would ultimately make his way to Charlotte because she meant more to him than anything else. Dante reminded Nathan that Valentin was lethal, and he worried that he would hurt Lulu if backed into a corner.
Chase surprised Brook Lynn with a passionate kiss. Although Chase succeeded in cooking Thanksgiving dinner for their family, she enjoyed having pizza on the holiday. Although the curse appeared to be lifted, it was better not to tempt fate. Chase received a call from the PCPD, and it was Nathan asking him to help track down Valentin.
Dante summoned Alexis to the PCPD, and she wondered what her cousin had done this time. Jack asked if Valentin had noted anything in his letters to her, but she denied it. She didn't think there was anything needed from her, so she requested to leave. Jack pitched the idea of looking into the records of the Cassadine Trust, but Dante didn't think that was necessary. However, he did ask her to let him know if her cousin contacted her.
Lucas returned to Wyndemere, and Marco surprised him with a romantic display after his Thanksgiving hospital shift. Marco offered Lucas a shoulder massage, prompting Lucas to ask why it had taken them so long to move in together. The "butler" interrupted and asked if he could get anything for the two men. Lucas was startled by his presence, and he declined the offer.
Marco asked Pascal to make a few Turkey sandwiches for the couple, and Lucas requested stuffing and cranberries to be added to the meal. Lucas filled Marco in on Carly's surprise visit to the hospital. He knew she was trying to apologize, but she couldn't bring herself to say the words. Marco was sorry he caused a rift between the siblings. Lucas said Carly was the real issue. She wanted her brother to believe that Marco wasn't who he claimed to be.
There was a knock on the door, and it was Chase, looking for Valentin. Marco wasn't concerned because he didn't think there was anything to hide. Lucas woke up a while later, and he noticed Marco was gone. Marco was shown speaking to Pascal about letting the police search the household. He told Pascal that Lucas could never know the truth about how deeply entrenched in his father's criminal enterprise he was.
Rocco opened up to Charlotte about Dante not allowing him to spend time with Gio. He realized how much freeing the dogs meant to his brother, and he wished his father understood that. Rocco recalled how many things Valentin had done, but she couldn't empathize with his feelings about his father. She hoped that her father's transfer to the US would make their visits somewhat easier.
Dante phoned Lulu and demanded that Charlotte not leave the house. He didn't want to spook her, but she asked him to just spit it out. He explained that he jumped from his plane and is now on the loose. Lulu brought both kids inside the house, and they assumed Charlotte would be his first target. She asked her to promise not to sneak off with her father once he made contact.
Lulu reminded her daughter that Valentin brought a high level of danger. Lulu didn't want her on the run, and she needed Charlotte to stay in Port Charles. Charlotte told her mother that she couldn't promise that she would stick around if her father came looking for her. Someone pounded on the door, but it was Nathan. Dante sent him to protect the family.
Charlotte questioned whether Valentin would be hurt if he showed up, but he couldn't make any promises. He needed them to do something for him, and he knew they wouldn't like it.
Nathan requested Charlotte's phone, and she reluctantly handed it over. Charlotte needed air, so Rocco joined her, so she could get away from her parents. With the kids gone, Nathan asked Lulu how she was handling the situation. Sadly, Lulu felt like she was in a lose-lose situation because it would make her look bad in her daughter's eyes. She believed Valentin's escape was "selfish" and "arrogant."
Jack told Josslyn that Valentin had escaped. He ordered Valentin to be transferred to the county, so now he had to perform significant damage control. It was too dangerous a situation to cover up, so it had to be made public. She recalled how her mother was inadvertently poisoned by Valentin, so she was terrified that history would repeat itself. Josslyn refused to let him put someone else on protection for Carly and insisted on doing it herself. Jack worried that he wouldn't get the secrets out of Valentin, so it was pertinent that they locate him.
Valentin surprised Carly at her home, and she asked what he was doing there. He reminded her that he had promised that they'd take down Jack together. She didn't think showing up at her house was part of the plan. Carly begged him to assure her that she didn't kill anyone, and he confirmed it. She was in over her head, and she was worried that he was going to be caught. He didn't anticipate anyone would view Carly as a potential target, so her home was the safest option.
Valentin asked for a burner phone, clean clothes, and even wondered if there were any Thanksgiving leftovers. She refused to acknowledge they were partners and downplayed her involvement in their plans. She told him, "You need to get the hell out immediately." He was disappointed because she was singing a different tune than she had previously expressed. He believed she needed him to rid Josslyn of the burden of the WSB.
Carly felt that Valentin's presence was too risky, but before they could continue the conversation, Josslyn arrived to be with her mother. She asked to spend the night, and she apologized if she made things uncomfortable between her and Jack at their holiday dinner. She had reservations about Jack, but she didn't finish her thought because she found a first aid kit under a pillow.
Josslyn warned her mother that Valentin could come looking for her, so she needed her to be on high alert. Carly realized how messy the situation had become and took a deep sigh once Josslyn left the room. She met with Valentin on the porch and demanded that he spend the night in the shed.
