Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired July 21st through July 25th, 2025: Curtis enacts his plan while Jason wonders if he really saw Britt, and Nina sets off a truth bomb.
What Happened on General Hospital?

This week on General Hospital, Carly was surprised when Jack booked the Metro Court pool for a private romantic afternoon. Joss confronted Vaughn about Jack dating Carly, but he warned her not to make waves, because Jack was too powerful to cross. Anna and Dante figured out that Jack likely recruited Joss as an undercover agent, exploiting her grief over Dex’s death to pull her into the fold. Anna insisted they can’t blow Joss’ cover without knowing what’s really going on. At Home & Heart, Lucy ambushed Brook Lynn by bringing Lois on air during their beauty segment, creating ratings gold but major tension. Despite the segment’s success, Brook Lynn was furious over the stunt and fired her mother on the spot. Meanwhile, Jason missed a flight trying to chase down a woman he believed was possibly Britt and spent the trip home reflecting on their past. In Dubrovnik, Croatia, the woman who appeared to be Britt arrived, declaring it was good to be back. Portia finally snapped and told Willow that Drew was blackmailing her into falsifying Michael’s records so Willow could win custody of her kids. ADA Turner threatened Sonny with legal action if Marco didn’t surface soon. Sidwell withdrew support from Measure C under Sonny’s pressure, but promised retaliation once Marco was safe. Jordan informed Laura of Sonny’s likely involvement in Marco’s disappearance, prompting concern that Sonny may be no better than Sidwell. Meanwhile, Martin found a mysterious letter addressed to Monica under a chair, with its contents leaving him visibly shaken. Lois confided in Flora about her regrets with Brook Lynn and Gio, blaming generational values and past decisions. Brook Lynn argued with Tracy after overhearing her connection to the campaign against Sonny, warning that harming him could hurt Gio. Tracy, however, remained adamant that Sonny was a threat and needed to be removed from Port Charles. Drew continued wedding preparations, handing out invites while sidestepping questions about his growing list of underhanded actions. Lucas received a mysterious envelope with a key and an address, later using it to find and rescue Marco. Lois announced she was returning to Bensonhurst to give Brook Lynn space. Obrecht, Spinelli, and James went hatchet-throwing, where Obrecht warned Spinelli that Willow seemed to be spiraling dangerously. Jason told Carly he thought he had spotted Britt in Paris and questioned whether she was really dead. Lulu and Dante demanded that Obrecht stay away from Rocco. At the PCPD, Marco resurfaced and gave a flimsy story about getting lost during a hike, clearly protecting Sonny. Portia was shocked by Willow’s continued support for Drew and told Nina, who was horrified by Willow’s transformation. Drew deflected Nina’s accusations about targeting Sasha and Daisy, but later grew suspicious of Willow’s vague alibi for the 4th of July. Spinelli encouraged Willow and Drew to invite Obrecht to their wedding — an idea Willow surprisingly embraced. Sonny told Carly that Sidwell backed down, Marco lied to cover his tracks, and thanks to that, there’s no arrest…for now. Carly confronted Lucas for tipping off the cops. Later, Lucas tried to boldly confront Sonny, but was put in his place. At General Hospital, Portia prepared to resign, but Curtis convinced her to wait one more day, hinting he had a secret plan to blow up the wedding. Kai admitted to Drew that he told the truth to protect Trina, even though it cost him everything. Scout asked Willow if she could call her ‘mom.’ A despondent Nina told Ava she believed Willow was behind Sasha and Daisy’s torment, noting the smile she saw on Willow’s face after hearing that Sasha left town with the child. Sonny warned Marco to stay out of Sidwell’s business, and he wouldn’t be harmed, and recommended that he move back to Miami. Curtis told Willow that Drew and Nina slept together when Willow was first falling for Drew. Willow confronted Nina, who admitted that she slept with Drew. Willow was absolutely devastated and told her she wished she had died like Nelle, who didn’t know Nina was her mother. She then still showed up at the wedding to walk down the aisle, but it’s doubtful she’ll go through with it.
