General Hospital Recap, June 2-6, 2025: Secrets, lies, and labor pains as Sasha has her baby in court

This week on General Hospital, Lucky admitted to Elizabeth that he knew Kristina caused her and Ric's accident. Liz asked why Lucky didn’t inform the police. Lucky explained that because he helped Kristina cover it up, he would end up going down as an accessory, so they dropped it. Meanwhile, Kristina was talking to Michael and likened Drew’s control over Willow to that of Shiloh. Laura noticed money was missing from Aiden’s trust fund, so Alexis came up with an investment explanation. Marco felt the fund Alexis was investing in was simply a shell corporation, but she talked her way out of that one as well. Dante and Lulu explained to Rocco that Gio is his brother. Gio went to Sonny to discuss the major secret of his parents, and Sonny gave him words of encouragement. He then shared the story about how Olivia kept the fact that Dante was his son a secret for years. After they tried to explain themselves, Brook Lynn threw Gloria and Lois out. At the Metro Court rooftop pool, Josslyn was invited to join Sidwell, Jordan, and Professor Dalton’s meet and greet. Dalton explained that the project he was working on was a new method of creating clean energy. In a creepy fashion, Dalton’s eyes kept watching Emma, who was purposely parading in her bikini. Dante apologized to Sonny for how he had treated him when they first learned they were father and son. As Michael and Willow’s divorce/custody trial began, Diane kicked out Jason so he wouldn’t be called to the stand by Ric, and Ric called Alexis to have her remove Kristina for the same reason. A cavalcade of witnesses was called to the stand, including Chase, Carly, Joss, Dante, Tracy, and Sasha. Lois told Sonny she and Gloria were returning to Bensonhurst. Anna wanted Jack to investigate Dalton, but he chalked it up to her being an overprotective grandmother. Ezra was filming Laura and Sonny having a conversation at the pool, and Gio “accidentally” knocked him into the pool. Lucky proposed to Liz, but she turned him down. BLQ and Lulu finally had it out. On the witness stand, Ric coerced Sasha into revealing that Michael was the father of her child. She then went into labor, and Willow ended up delivering the baby. Carly told Drew that Nina was the one who had him drugged with Ketamine. Anna asked Jason to investigate Dalton. Marshall returned to Port Charles for a short visit. Natalia got arrested for drunk driving. ADA Turner caught Anna and Jason having a meeting in the park at night. Drew threatened Nina that he was going to tell Willow that her mother had drugged him. Carly thanked Willow for delivering Sasha and Michael’s baby. Marshall advised Curtis to give Portia another chance. Sonny told Michael that sometimes, compromise is the solution to things. Drew warned Nina that Michael could take Willow’s kids. At General Hospital, Sasha asked Jason to be her baby’s godfather. Molly and Cody sat together with their feet in the pool. Nina admitted to Sasha that she was the one who told Ric about her dalliance with Michael. Curtis told Jordan that he couldn’t decide what to do with his marriage until he knew Portia was safe from Drew. Carly told Jason she felt that with the truth about Michael and Sasha out, Willow could end up with full custody. Sasha told Nina Willow would continue to make bad choices as long as Drew was in her life.
