Here’s your General Hospital recap on what happened in Port Charles today, Friday, June 27, 2025.
What happened on General Hospital

Josslyn met with Michael at the Q Mansion before Daisy’s christening. He wanted a chance to explain why she was not going to be Daisy’s godmother. Joss felt Felicia and Jason were amazing options and promised to be there for Daisy just as Jason (also her godfather) had always been there for her.
Joss went on to tell Michael how much he’d also been there for her and, when he was in Germany, she felt like the heart and anchor of the family was missing. Michael said it sounded as if they kept busy when he was away and wanted her to tell him everything about Easter Island and her internship.
She avoided telling him anything for the time being, saying they would catch up over lunch. Michael told her about the kids missing their mother and that Willow and Drew were planning on getting married. Joss was outraged, but not shocked, and, ultimately, did not want Willow’s actions to darken what should be a really special day.
In the kitchen, Felicia and Sasha were excitedly anticipating the upcoming service, but Felicia was still curious why Sasha had told everyone Jason was Daisy’s father before. Sasha explained she didn’t want her child dragged into all of the strife Michael was going through. Sasha was again expressing her gratitude for being a part of the Scorpio family when Cody walked up with a huge stuffed elephant.
The stuffed elephant was from Robert and Holly, who, obviously, were not going to be there. Sasha reiterated she had been sending a ton of pictures, but had mostly been in contact with Robert and less so with Holly. Felicia left to get Daisy after they heard her cry on the monitor.
Cody and Sasha took a moment to catch up. As they were talking, he could tell Sasha was worried about something. She shared her feelings that something weird was going on and told him about the odd incidents, starting with bringing her the wrong baby in the hospital. Cody tried to ease her concerns with plausible explanations and reassured her that she and the baby were going to be okay.
ADA Turner, or Justine as Sonny called her, arrived at Sonny’s house. She immediately let him know they were not on a first-name basis and was there to find out why he sent her a box with a gorgeous baseball glove. Sonny denied sending it, but Turner was unconvinced and reminded him that giving gifts to public officials was a very risky move. If it were seen as a bribe, it would be a felony.
Continuing to deny he sent the glove, Sonny taunted that it must have been sent by a really thoughtful teammate. Turner remained insistent that Sonny had sent it. Kristina arrived to go with her dad to the christening. She thanked Turner for everything she did during Ava’s trial. Pointedly, Turner said she was happy to do everything she could because it was her job to bring criminals to justice. After Turner left, Kristina questioned why she was there. When Kristina went to the kitchen, Sonny made a phone call telling someone Turner had been there showing a little too much interest and, now, there would be a change of plans with Natalia.
Brook Lynn met with Natalia in her room at The Metro Court. Natalia wanted to speak to Brook Lynn privately to warn her that Deception was in trouble. As she was slugging back an alcoholic drink, she told Brook Lynn the money trail of Sonny’s investment in Deception wasn’t clean and explained it was not because Sonny lied, but because his financial team made a clerical error.
Natalia felt Brook Lynn could protect Deception by having Sonny divest for safety and optics, and there was also a chance no one would ever notice in the first place. Brook Lynn questioned why she was coming forward now and hadn’t told her before. Natalia said she didn’t tell her until she was sure, but didn’t want to move on without saying something.
Natalia also said her kids, Marco and Alison, had a little something to do with her coming forward. “When you have two kids who don’t want to have anything to do with you, you have to realize some pretty hard truths about yourself. Like, maybe I need to be a better person and a better mom.” She went on to admit that she had made a lot of mistakes with them, and she kept refusing to see the way her children were living their lives as anything but missed opportunities.
She felt she had destroyed her family. Brook Lynn tried to comfort her by saying there was still time to repair everything, but Natalia didn’t agree. She felt she would only be in the way of Marco’s new life if she stayed and tried to convince herself it was okay to leave, as she had a future waiting for her.
After Brook Lynn left, Natalia was looking at pictures of Belize when there was a knock at the door. Paul, one of Sonny’s men, came to tell Natalia there was a change of plans, and she was leaving right now. She wanted to wait to leave with Sonny, but Paul let her know Sonny would not be going. She was confused and not happy to hear that, and told Paul she would need an hour to pack.
Ava stood disillusioned in her hotel room as she began to break down — realizing she told herself a story of a “new life” that wasn’t real. Feeling abandoned, she grabbed her purse and left the hotel room.
Carly and Jason were at the church early. Carly felt it was fitting that he was going to be the godfather, because now he would be able to watch over Daisy the way he always watched over her and Michael.
The two took a walk down memory lane, recalling Jason taking care of Michael when Carly had postpartum depression and the chaos of Michael’s christening. They also discussed security. Jason reassured her they had everything well guarded and protected.
Michael and Sonny met Carly and Jason in the church. They were all excited, declaring the importance of family. Brook Lynn, Felicia, Sasha, Daisy, and Chase arrived. Chase jokingly said he was a little disappointed that not everyone was going to be there because it would have been interesting to see Sonny, Robert, and Mac all standing around the baptismal font.
Brook Lynn took Chase to the side to express her worry over telling Maxie that Deception may be in serious trouble. As she started to explain Sonny’s second investment in Deception wasn’t clean, Chase stopped her and said they could not talk about it. Brook Lynn immediately realized he knew something about it when the scene cut to Turner walking into Anna’s office.
Around the baptismal font, Sonny told Jason about ADA Turner’s visit to his house. He shared his plan to move Natalia out of town earlier so she would not run into Turner or anyone else. Sonny said Paul was going to put her on the plane to get to Belize, and it would all finally be over.
Everyone began to assemble as the christening was closer to starting, but were taken aback when Natalia defiantly walked into the church and sat in a back pew.
Jordan and Anna were meeting in her PCPD office. After Anna was finished on the phone demanding a warrant she needed today, she and Jordan talked about Curtis and Portia. Jordan shared her confrontation at the Metro Court pool, where Portia threw iced tea on her.
Jordan felt it was always Portia’s M.O. to be dramatic and cause a scene, but acknowledged Portia may not be overreacting in this circumstance because she did continue to carry a torch for Curtis. She said Curtis asked her to come to his Aurora office today, but she wished she could settle the conflict between her head and her heart before she got there. Her heart wants Curtis, but her head doesn’t want to do to Portia’s marriage what she felt Portia did to hers.
Anna suspected Curtis felt the same way as Jordan, but she should have a proper, honest conversation with him about everything. Jordan wasn’t sure she could be around him anymore.
Anna was going through files after Jordan left. She called ADA Turner, telling her something had come up in a file they needed to discuss now. When Turner arrived, Anna showed her a file meant for Chase, but had accidentally landed on her desk. It was a file regarding the case against Sonny, which Turner had excluded Anna and Dante from.
Anna said she had seen enough of the file to know it all needed to stop now and told Turner that she would not be allowed to run an investigation through her department and use her officers while excluding her. Turner said she excluded Anna because she couldn’t count on her when it came to dealing with Sonny. Anna told her if she didn’t trust her, she shouldn’t “end-run” her, but instead, take it to internal affairs, to which Turner responded that she might.
Portia met Curtis at his Aurora office, hoping they could talk. Curtis felt it wasn’t a good time, but Portia wanted to know one thing: Was he helping her with Drew to save their marriage, or was he using it as an excuse to get her out of trouble so he could leave her once and for all?
Curtis said he just wanted her free of Drew and any leverage he had over her to be gone. Whatever was happening between them was lower on his list. Indignant, Portia wanted him to move them up his list because she did not want to sit in limbo forever waiting to see if he thought their marriage was worth fighting for. Portia said that she was ready to fight for their marriage, even though he may not be.
Curtis told Portia that he did not want to keep her in any kind of limbo, but if they dove into it right now, she would not like what he had to say. “I may not like it, but I want to hear it. I need to”, she responded.
Curtis believed Drew would have never gone after her if he had not had a falling out with him, but also felt they wouldn’t be in this situation if it weren’t for her lies. He admonished Portia for not keeping her promise not to lie to him again. He felt hurt, betrayed, and shocked that she was so foolish to put their family in the situation.
Portia accepted what he had to say, but also wanted to share her thoughts. She said she knew a little something about being hurt and betrayed, too, because he kept bringing up Trina even though they had already dealt with that a long time ago. She reasoned she kept Trina’s paternity a secret to protect her, and she was just trying to protect her again when she changed Heather Webber’s test results. She vowed to do whatever it took to protect their daughter.
Though she realized Curtis would want her to regret what she had done, she refused. When Curtis snarkily remarked she was finally being honest, Portia responded, “Whew, I’m so tired of living in fear of your judgment. Your impossibly high standards — you needing to be right every single time we talk.” She was terrified that she would try her best and still not live up to the image of the “perfect woman” he had in his head.
Portia argued she was a human being who made mistakes, but those mistakes shouldn’t cost them their relationship. She felt that a marriage meant working on things and growing together, but Curtis said, “Secrets can’t be the way married people handle their problems.” When he told her she couldn’t keep secrets from him, she reminded him that he did not tell her about his plot with Michael to take Drew down, which is what started all of it to begin with.
When he said he regretted what he started with Drew, she told him to keep the regret; she wanted some understanding. Curtis felt he was already giving her empathy, but Portia felt Curtis saw what he did as different from what she did. He retorted, “Because there are differences.” Port responded, “No, there’s hypocrisy and irony.”
To clarify her point, Portia told Curtis she loved him when he protected their family by any means necessary, but when she did it, he used it as an excuse to break up their family. Curtis agreed she was right about protecting Trina, but said they had different ideas of what that looked like, and therefore the consequences of their different ideas looked different as well.
She reminded him that she had apologized to him over and over again, and at some point, he would need to tell her how she could make it right. He admitted he wasn’t sure she could. Hurt, Portia was a bit surprised to feel like this was how it was all going to end. She said she understood he’d never do what she had, but she would also never make him feel the way he was making her feel right now. She wanted them to return to the joy and happiness they had once shared with each other. When she asked if there was hope, he kissed her.
As their kissing quickly heated up, they moved to the desk to take it further when Jordan walked in. Jordan stood a bit shocked as Portia gave her a smug smile.
