General Hospital Recap June 5, 2025: Sasha gives birth, Lucky plans to leave, Anna enlists Jason's help  

Here’s the General Hospital recap of what happened in Port Charles on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

What happened on General Hospital

In the courtroom, Sasha’s testimony continued. After having just admitted that Michael was the father of her baby, Ric continued his questioning. Ric claimed that, as far as she knew, Michael was unfaithful first. In Diane’s cross-examination, Sasha testified that Willow had confided in her about the kiss and feelings she had developed for Drew well before she and Michael slept together.

Sasha started to show signs of distress. In Ric’s redirect, he asked Sasha how much Michael paid her to cover up that it was his baby. Sasha explained that they felt it was best to keep everything a secret because she worked for the Quartermaines and he still loved Willow. She testified that she was the one who insisted on keeping her baby’s paternity a secret. As Ric continued to push his questioning, Sasha let out a shriek of pain and began to buckle over. She said she was going into labor, to which Ric responded, "Spare us the cheap theatrics”.

The judge adjourned the court so Sasha could seek medical attention. With increasing pains and screams, Sasha expressed her fear to Michael because this wasn’t supposed to be happening for another month. She was terrified that she was going to lose the baby like she lost Liam. Willow approached and asked Michael to let her help.

Sasha went into full labor and let Michael know that she wasn’t going to be able to move to go to the hospital. Willow informed Sasha that she really wasn’t going to the hospital because her water broke and that her contractions were coming every two minutes. The baby was going to come any second.

Michael encouraged and comforted Sasha while Willow delivered her baby girl. Michael thanked Willow. Finally, the paramedics made it in to take Sasha to the hospital.

On the phone outside the courtroom, Carly found out that a protest for Measure C was preventing the paramedics from getting into the courthouse. Drew was getting ready to praise Ric for his work when Nina came up and yelled, “What the hell were you doing?” “My job, very well”, he responded.

Carly approached Drew and snapped, “It was you. You’re the reason Ric found out about Michael’s baby!” Drew then tried to turn everything on Carly, telling her that it was all her fault because she pushed for the early court date. Nina, Drew, and Carly argued while Sasha’s labor screams could be heard in the background. The arguing escalated until Carly finally let it be known that Nina was the one who hired Jacinda to drug Drew.

Back at the gazebo, Elizabeth told Lucky that she loved him so much, but her answer to marriage was no, noting that she didn’t see their lives fitting together. Lucky did his best to convince her that he was going to stick around and that he was in it for the long haul. Elizabeth said she believed him, but that it was too soon, and she didn’t really believe him. Lucky vowed to prove his worthiness and reliability to her. Elizabeth felt that Port Charles would ultimately be too small a place for Lucky and, maybe, where he didn’t really want to be.

Lucky switched to try to convince Elizabeth how great it would be to travel the world together. She could be a nurse wherever they wanted to go. Aidan could go with them, or they could wait until he went to college. Elizabeth told him that she didn’t want to leave Port Charles and uproot her life.

After more discussion, Liz and Lucky both accepted that they would always love each other, but they just didn’t want the same things. Lucky said that he was going to leave again, but that he didn’t know how to tell Aidan. Elizabeth said that she might have an idea.

Marco and Lucas were hanging out at the Metro Court pool today. Maxie and Sonny were meeting at the pool as well. “How badly does Deception need Jenz Sidwell?" Sonny asked. Maxie explained that, no offense to Sonny, they needed Sidwell more than Sonny at that point. Sidwell and his zincite were what was making Deception money, so she felt that they had to put their misgivings aside for the time being.

Natalia arrived at the pool. Marco introduced her to Lucas. She asked to talk to Marco privately, which angered Marco because he felt like she was being dismissive and rude to Lucas. She asked Marco to contact Ali because she wasn’t returning any of Natalia’s calls or texts. Marco was not happy that she was not interested in even learning about Lucas, whom he considered important to him. Marco argued that she hadn’t been there for him or Ali in the way they needed and that she should just stay away from both of them. Meanwhile, Maxie and Lucas chatted about Marco.

Natalia, who had been downing her vodka beverage at a rapid pace, pleaded with Marco to give her a chance to make things better. She wanted him to know she had changed and was still working on it. He felt that she was never going to really change, was done waiting for it, and was done with the conversation. He told her to “please go get drunk somewhere else.”

Sonny saw Natalia walk away, upset, and asked him to join him. She shared that no matter how much she tries to make it better with her kids, it only gets worse. “Marco’s father has done everything in his power to keep her and Marco apart”, she told Sonny. Sonny lent her a sympathetic ear and encouraged her to remain patient and to give it time. Sonny walked off to meet back up with Maxie.

Natalia left a message on Sidwell’s phone. “I’m done with letting you put me off like this, so you owe me, and I'm coming over to collect!” She downed the rest of her drink and stumbled off.

Back with Maxie, Sonny warned her to be careful because he is positive that Sidwell’s interest in Deception is more about his interest in him.

Lucas and Marco continued to talk about Natalia. Lucas offered his experience about connecting with his mother to Marco to show Marco that he may not want to rule out giving her a chance.

After leaving the Metro Court, Natalia was pulled over. She had a .12 blood-alcohol level and was combative, so she was immediately arrested

Portia and Curtis are now sleeping in separate bedrooms, but they wanted to keep up the ruse that everything was okay at the family barbecue they were hosting. Trina and Kai showed up, and Marshall was a welcome surprise. He was on a brief break from touring with Winston Marsalis. Curtis said Aunt Stella and TJ were working at the hospital. Trina and Kai caught Marshall up on Kai’s surgery and documentary. Marshall did not like Kai’s appreciation for Congressman Cain any more than Curtis did.

Curtis and Portia did their best to cover their conflict. When Trina and Kai were out of the room, Curtis made a cutting comment to Portia. She responded, “I'm sick of the snide comments, the tension, the straight-up anger that you keep throwing my way.” Curtis said that they would have to keep pretending everything was okay until he could find Jacinda. Unseen to the side, Kai overheard Curtis say that he wanted to find Jacinda so he could pay her to say that he took the ketamine and had sex with her on purpose.

Anna and Jason met in the park. She wanted to ask for his help and let him know that it would be helping Carly, too, since Josslyn is now Dalton’s research assistant. Anna revealed that she already knew the WSB had been looking into Dalton; she had asked for Brennan’s help as a ruse to confirm her suspicions. Because the WSB was involved, Anna was worried that whatever was happening was big and dangerous and therefore a danger to Josslyn and possibly Emma. She worried that Emma would not stop going after Dalton and get hurt.

Anna shared that she knew the WSB would be watching her to see if she would start investigating Dalton, so she asked Jason to do it for her instead.

Meanwhile, at the WSB office, Josslyn debriefed Brennan about Sidwell funding Dalton’s research. Brennan wanted her to clone the contents of Dalton’s phone, and told her about Anna. Josslyn felt she would need to discredit Emma so that Anna wouldn’t feel the need to go after Dalton, but Brennan warned Josslyn that she would have to do without attracting Anna’s attention and risk getting her cover blown. Brennan instructed Josslyn to run any interference with Anna or do anything that could tip her off.
